This was our first trip to bali.Since we had clubbed it with my husband's official trip in jakarta,we kept it short(5 nights only).
The trip was hectic ,given our short stay.However,we tried to make most out of it.
The nusa penida island was breathtaking and my son and spouse hiked downhill to the kelinking beach and the path is super steep.But the beach is mindblowing and the hike worth it..
I was down with periods ,so as per hindu customs I couldn't visit the temples which waszpart of our day-1 itenary.It would have been good if the itinerary had some flexibility coz of these unforeseen situations.
The driver allocated to us was super awesome,warm and had good command over english.
He helped us with many suggestions as per per our tastes and preferences and was very cooperative.
The only thing which we regret is that we should have booked our stay at UBUD side rather than kuta ,to have a complete and efficient plan of our visit.
Its a must visit place and we enjoyed a lot.

It was a wonderful trip to Europe. It was such a refreshing break. Special thanks to our tour manager Mr. Vijay Panchal who handled everything so well and with patience.

It was amazing

The overall experience was very good. The flame tours in Azerbaijan were very good and very helpful. Trip factory can do better by assigning better quality hotels for the price we pay. The hotel in Gabala had four floors and no lift and we were given Tim’s on the fourth floor. When you know there are senior citizens I think you should ensure that rooms are given accordingly and give hotels which have lifts. On the whole it was good

Trip factory gave us an excellent holiday .
Everything was very well planned.
Transfers seamless.
All the Tours well planned , pick up n drop at the Hotel.
The Boar Cruise was the icing on the cake .. Top class VIP treatment n a welcome upgrade .
All in all full marks to Tripfactory for a vert well planned tailor make trip for 2 .

We are happy with the overall support. However the air ticket was forced to book on saturday inspite of telling weekend price was more. The hotel provided was also not upto mark. The communication can be more frequent before the trip with updates rather than we calling to get all the updates. Was happy though that we got response after calling. Also the timings for some of the activity like dubai mall and ski dubai was less.

Such an awesome trip it proved to be. I'm thankful to Deepthi Gowda ma'am, all the staff of Trip Factory and hotel rooms provided to us. Andaman Bliss team was also cooperative.

Very nice trip.... Also the customer associate is also very helpful when I lost my mobile phone in car he made sure the driver brings it back...
