1) The timely information on alternative arrangements for the last minute flight reschedule/cancellation is not provided by your travel desk, causing worry to passengers, especially at odd hours of night. The passenger is required to follow up with your desk, although support was given subsequently.
2) The layover duration between domestic and international flight & vice versa is to be increased. The short duration causes unwanted rushing/panic due to long queues at the airport for immigration, baggage collection, transfer etc.
3) Tour manager, Rameshwari Nikharge, was full of energy and enthusiastic.
