It was an amazing experience. We had a great time. The best experience was the Deseret safari. Would recommend that to everyone. Only complaint was that there wasn't any point of contact, hence it was a bit confusing as to whom to contact. However the overall experience was very good. Looking forward to more trips in future with trip factory.

One of the best trips. Thanks to tripfactory for there wonderful arrangements. Driver cum guide Mr Maade who came to receive us was amazing without him trip would have been boring. Hotel home@36 was fabulous we upgraded to ocean view suite and view was breathtaking. Staff was very warm and friendly. Location was perfect. Overall bali is very warm and give u good vibes n sense of safety unlike thailand. Malaysian airline was poor they were late in all flights and misplaced my baggage. Later they delivered to my hotel. Overall great...thanks to tripfactory and sagar for help us. Btw bali is damn cheap.

Very good service and arrangements. The communications were excellent, and we were very impressed that the arrangements (confirmation of tour, procurement of airline tickets and travel insurance) were made. The information on the tour (the package) provided was excellent. We really enjoyed each and every moment in Singapore. Thanks a lot for everything.

Our Trip to Rajasthan overall well planned except hotel at UDAIPUR the rooms provided to us at Golden Tulip has no Windows 🙃 Hotel at Jodhpur is 10 kms away from the city which was like school hostel

Great experience, except for a few avoidable situations. On time and hassle free transfers. Great experience and support from the Havelock team, 5 stars to the team.

Thanks to Tripfactory and specially to Thaqsheel for managing this trip very well. Overall it was an excellent trip and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. Team back in Singapore for cab pickup and drops and ticket arrangement was fantastic.

Hotel Village Bugis suggested by Thaqsheel came out to be perfect place to stay. Singapore being a small country, places are not that far as it might look on Google Maps.
Package created and places covered were as per our inputs. We could have covered couple of more attraction if we knew local tickets cost will be very high. All changes asked for were done without any issue.
Telegram support also was excellent., TF team responded to queries within a min at any time of the day / night. This gave lot of comfort when you are in a new country.

We stayed in Village Hotel Bugis which is on Arab Street and 500 mtr from Bugis Street and shopping mall. Haji Street at walking distance is a paradise for late night dinner and drinks. People sitting outside and enjoying food and some lovely live music. Unfortunately restaurants on this street closed at 11:30pm.
Tip :- if we have plans for full day sightseeing don't spend much on Hotel because all you need is a place to come back and sleep. So Village Buigs was prefect fit. Room size we good for 3 Adults and 1 Kid.

Sightseeing was good. Cable Cart to Sentosa is a must. Universal Studio can’t be missed at all if you are in Singapore. Even though Sentosa and Universal Studio is in same place "Resort World Sentosa” you can spend two days there.
In Sentosa Island, SEA Aquarium is a must. If you don't like walking and want to go in most of the rides , pls ensure you have booked right package which cover more number of rides. We had only three attraction but spent rest of the day in seeing few things which was free of cost. In the end don’t miss “Wings of times” show to end your Sentosa day.

Gardens by the Bay is great place to go and you should visit Cloud Forest Dome. Flower Dome for kids was boring. End the visit by seeing Light and Music show, not that great but worth one time.

City tour was disappointing except the Guide. City tour actually had nothing. Bus picks you and takes you to Singapore Flyer. If you don’t have it in package , you can buy the tickets there. And people who don’t want to buy can just walk around for 1 hr. Next stop is Clarke Quay Boat right and Merlin Status. Again if don’t have it in package you buy otherwise you walk around for 1 hr. After this two they will take you back to your hotel and in between see the city, That’s pretty much half Day city tour. Not worth at all.


Pickup from Airport, Hotel from Sightseeing was great. instruction was right and people come exactly on time. That’s how Singapore works. You have to be one time otherwise they will leave you. Except City tour bus none of the pickup was ever delay.

Singapore is an expensive city and food is very costly even if you are having it in MacDonald’s or Domino’s Pizza. So definitely plan your expenses well. Sightseeing ticket are again expensive so have it covered in your package.

Thank you for arranging a great trip for us. Overall the experience was really good. The coordination for travel and sight seeing was well managed. The hotel Neo+ at Kuta, Bali was great in terms of location, food and services. However the room in the hotel didn't have a cupboard for keeping our belongings. This should be informed by the hotel upfront. Air conditioner took longer to cool down the room. This thing can also be improved from the hotel side.

Our driver Mahesh was a very nice and co-operative person. He really made a lot of things very easy for us in terms of stay, food, dos and don'ts. Very punctual and professional guy.

It would help visitors if you inform them that there are two options in Parasailing (single and couple, prices are different for both). We had opted for Parasailing but only after reaching there we got to know about it and then we had to upgrade our parasailing option to couple.

To sum up it was a great trip with so many beautiful memories. I want to thank you guys for making it a really worthwhile experience for us.

"Explore the world , otherwise world will be unhappy", according to the saying have a big dream of exploring the world , the dream of exploring Bali was one of the biggest dream, which come to true from trip factory, Right from booking we got good support from your team Samson dsouza, very responsive for all the messages anytime and every time. would request team to give little bit more communication to the customers before they ask a questions. it was only suggestion. we went to bali on 31st nov , booked by trip factory gave justice to all the plan. Driver was well before the mentioned time, well behaved and well mannered too. we could see all our destination places . But why i gave four start was in itenary it was mentioned like english speaking guide, which is not correct. we get english speaking driver not a guide, because in Bali drivers cant be a guide and they wont come with us inside to any places. so please take care of this . otherwise trust me you can book with trip factory and i am surely planning my next trip with trip factory. hope you take these suggestions positively.

Overall the trip was good.. excellent support by trip factory staff but i believe few areas can be improved. Hotel selection by trip factory can be improved. In the same amount, other vendors are providining better deals. Specially the hotels which are marked as 4 star on travel websites but having poor service. Udaipurs rajputana was such that. Hotel campus and building was awesome but food was pathetic without any choice for travellers. So you can stop recommending such hotels to people. I m not blaming your team. You need to builds your own database for hotels to let people know the inside view. Other than these rest all was good and well arranged. Thanks for the wonderful holiday

I had a good trip from trip factory team. They had planned well from the time of my booking till the last day of the trip.
There was little confusion in between sightseeing timings and the dinner timings provided but was negligible and they managed to provide as per the trip plan. Overall I would say its great planning and 24/7 service which made my trip successful.

I would like to thank Swetha for her continuous help and support provided from the time of searching a better package with trip factory, till the start of my trip to Bali. As this was my first international trip so I had various difficulties from choosing the itinerary to reaching destination, however the trip was wonderful and Swetha has always been calm with me and explained everything in detail. I traveled with my wife as a Honeymoon trip, Swetha made sure that the itinerary was very well planned to meet our expectations & requirements. Private vila(Alam Puisi) near peaceful village Ubud was also provided, which was excellent. We have also enjoyed all the itinerary and the accommodation was really good, the Quest hotel hospitality was awesome.

I look forward to travel more beautiful places through trip factory in future. I’d like to thank Swetha again for providing the best suited package according to our needs and making this trip lifetime memorable.

it was great experience Andaman like never before. The stay was awesome in some great properties and the arrangements were on dot and spic and span. Tour coordinators ensured we were always in comforts, special thanks and commendations to Mr. Lohit. attention to detail was there in every aspect of the budget trip. Have to mention, I lost my mobile in one of the trip vehicle, it was delivered to me at the 11th hour safely, these things make tour aggregaters top class. Way to go TripFactory.

Good places for visit. Planning was done according to us, which got executed very well and all things went as planned. Drivers showed up on time except for the first day where we waited for more than an hour.

Thank you for arranging a great trip for us. Overall the experience was good. the coordination for travel and sight seeing was well managed. The hotel at Pattaya was not too great. It did not appeared to have 4 star rating. Hotel at Bangkok was very nice, staff was very cooperative, we even received complimentary room upgrade. There was little mess up for travel arrangement to gems gallery in Bangkok due to communication gap from tour guide. The emergency no. provided seemed to have no clue about us and the trip. each time we had to give brief intro about us and our tour plan. this can be improved.
Rabilla was very nice and cooperative throughout the trip and good in communication and related help about the tour. would definitely like to travel again with trip factory.
Also, you may advice Indian tourist to opt for Thailand visa instead of visa on arrival it saves money and hassle after landing at air-port. It took only 3 days to get the visa. I will write again for few more points.
