Thank you so much for the wonderful arrangement made for our entire stay. I was hesitant as to how things would go off keeping in my it was the 10th year celebration of Austere Logistics and that me and my Co Director Mr. Clyde Pereira wanted it to be a big success within a short trip of just 3 days. Needless to say m that your constant follow up right from the time we boarded the flight to the entire stay made this a grand and a memorable event. The complimentary cake and room upgrade was much appreciated. Also the lunch suggestion at Tropical Plantation was a wonderful idea as me and my team loved the food. We could not do the tour of the spice garden owing to time constrain but overall it was worth visiting.

I am looking forward to many more such holidays, both official and personal as I know you will take care of every little detail and go that extra mile to ensure, that it is memorable!

Had an excellent experience with Mr.pavan who has coordinated entire trip perfectly.

Only faces issues where ever transfer was on sharing basis. I used to get picked up first nd drop in last where my maximum time was got water in travelling and waiting for other passengers.

We visited Andamans with family in the first week of July 2022. It was a very well organised itenery. We enjoyed the entire trip. Thanks to Trip factory!!

The hotels/ pickups and drops were smooth. The co-ordinators from Andaman were very professional. The drivers provided an excellent service. Thanks Naveen, Suresh, Manoj, Bishwambar(Port Blair) Raju, Deepu (Havellock) Kiran (Neil).

Some improvement areas:

Some mis-communication when we landed at Neil Island. The co-ordinators were communicated that we will land in the evening where as our trip was planned for morning as per the itenery. We had to wait for few minutes for the cab to be arranged.
Hotel Aura at Neil Island was beautiful. The room that was allotted to us had water supply issues which was not addressed satisfactorily.

The coordination for the transport was very good. Did not face any issues. The Hotel in Darjeeling (White Yak) was very bad. Facilities were not there and they did not even provide breakfast after saying that they would keep it ready early. Please provide alternate hotels in Darjeeling.

Terrace valley in Gangtok is also not good. It is very far from city centre and customer service is poor.

Other than these two things it was a very pleasant experience and we had a wonderful time.

Poonam - thank you for arranging the wonderful Kashmir trip. Trip Itinerary was planned very well and great coordination till end of the trip.
Hotels were good. Esp. Kolahoi-Green Resorts Pahalgam was amazing.
Cabs were good and Driver (Yusuf) was always on time and had a good knowledge of local places.

Last one, I have rated 4star, coz we were not able to enjoy Gondala and missed that adventure as booking were full. Had this been informed us earlier on gondola booking , we could have well planned better.

Over all good, except the local transport, our total members were 10, but the local transport provided 22 capacity mini Bus, due to big vechicle, many site seeing parking they use to park very far away from the site, and we have to walk for a long distance, since all of them were Sr Ctiizen had very bad experience and Driver was not co-operative. though the trip was good, except the local transport. We had told very clearly the Sr Citizens are travelling and make sure all comefort,. However when we plan next trap make sure not to book over capacity veichle and make traverllers trouble

Overall it was a very nice experience and all the transfers internally were planned properly and on time. The drivers in Port Blair and Havelock were very polite and cabs were maintained clean.

However, would like to inform you guys that in the Hotel Shompen on 13th June when we checked in, room 205 was horrible with began spray and beds and bedsheets were smelling bad, the whole room was in damp smell... this was informed to hotel staff, they just smiled and left without any proper solutions.... they didn't even change our room... Horrible, would not refer/recommend Shompen to any...

Everything was good. Except the final day at House boat in Srinagar. First thing the booking was done in two different boats located far from each other. We had to run around for dinner and hence decided to skip the breakfast.

I had a requirement to book just 2 days ahead of the planned date of the trip , Tripfactory helped me with booking the same. They shared multiple options which helped to close this faster.
I did have a follow on query regarding the booking that was never responded to and that was a bit of a let down.
