We enjoyed our stay in Dubai, trip was well planned as per my custom request, Manu Revath is just excellent in taking my inputs and coming up with all best he can, responses from trip factory and maintaining timing of pick up, drop offs is good too. I still felt we had some time left in batweenvtours each day, could have planned more places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Dubai, trip factory arranged everything according our convineice, the tickets, transfers follow up everything was just amazing, I loved the stay and recommend everybody to use this app, thanks a lot sufiya for being such a good travel expert, had a great time.

Thanks to Prajwal for making it a memorable trip . Very well organised and have already recommended to many . I was so very worried initiatlly but you built my confidence to travel with trip factory for my further holidays .
Couple of suggestions:
Burj Khalifa should be booked during the day or 4-7 pm slot . If you are experiencing under water world at Atlantis not required at Dubai mall
The bday experience for my son could have been given by trip factory by partnering with Hilton on 22 Nd ..... experience counts . Otherwise overall well done and thanks to Prajwal and trip factory

I an very happy with the way you planned our trip,initially it was a bad start as check-in problem at Hotel sealord Kochi & also hotel was below average rating as per our expectation of three star hotel.We recommend not to arrange stay there in future for anyone.At all other places,it was nicely arranged & special inclusions also.At alleppy,it was a wonderful resort ,very delighted to stay there.For Internal transfers ,vehicle arranged was very good as well as driver Mr.Arun.it was happy travelling with him.
I would like to thank Ms.Nahila for her co-operation to plan the entire trip & would like to take her assistance in future trip to kerala also.

I had been to Phuket. It was great experience. Syed Juniad from trip factory was a great help.Very well organised trip

1. Hotel accommodation and quality was good.
2. Driver always reported on time.
3. Itinerary given were not practical. It was not possible to cover all the locations mentioned in a given day.
4. Quality of vehicle was not at all good. Vehicle was old and not clean at all.
5. Driver was showing locations which were not covered in Itinerary. It was felt that these are all private locations and were of not much worth.

Other than pickup at airport, everything went very nice and well handled. It was very nice trip and enjoyed a lot. Thank you to each and every member of team and specially MS. Nahala.

Airport pickup happened after 2 hours from landing.

It was a very comfortable and wonderful journey.
Every pickup and drop service was on time .The hotels were also perfectly selected wrt to shopping and travel comfort .The trip factory staff gave us timely instructions and reminders prior to every travel.It was a very hassle free trip. Definitely looking forward for many trips with Trip Factory.

I had booked Singapore package of 4N5D for a family tour. I was traveling with my husband, my 5yo, my parents(both over 60). We had booked for private transfers.
Annesha , our trip advisor gave us multiple choices , helped customise as per our needs.. she was very helpful
throughout..
Our local POC in Singapore was Nathan. He too provided us with good tips on the best places to eat, how to explore very place of interest..
Overall it was a very enjoyable trip and quite hassle free thanks to Tripfactory!!
