As soon as we arrive we have a driver to attend us his name was Arya and he gave a local SIM card and that was very helpful. I like the driver knowledge and English was also good.
Then we stay and The Rani Hotel and Spa that was is Kuta and that is the main town and happening place and nice Indian restaurants so that was good.

We stay there for 3 days and then we stay at Ubed Heaven Sayan hotel, hotel was good kind of villas but service was not good, breakfast you can order few item only you have to pay for others, also very slow and not happening . Staying at Ubed and this hotel was not good.

The Tours arranged by trip factory was just a normal city tour and temples and a volcano. The main thing was Nusa Panedia that was not told by tour agent and it was completely missed so the tour guide did not tell on main attractions and we have to find ourselves.

So if you are going for first time do research and plan accordingly, if you depend on tour guide they will not tell you right things or miss it.

Nice arrangements by TripFactory starting from Airport pick up on 1st day till last day of the Trip. We got a nice driver who has helped us to take to all places and it was well guided. Stayed in a well maintained Resort ( Rivulet ) in Munnar.

Just back from a wonderful trip in Andaman.This was my First Trip with trip factory and it is Fun-filled as expected. Mr SRIDHAR who was our trip
advisor accommodated all our requirements in the itenary very well. I must appreciate him for his politeness and patience.
Only thing is need to double check Room Bookings(standard,luxury,super luxury) in the itenary carefully before payment.
As i trusted trip factory and didn't check the room type in the itenary they provided 1st day luxury and last day standard room in same hotel
as per itenary, When I ask them to change the room they were asking for additional cost where i was displeased.
Other than that Everything is Excellent.
They have fulfilled all the promises they have specified in the itenary .Over all trip was very awesome

safari activity.We were hinted of the
quality of the food, however the organization in the desert safari (Camel ride, attire,seating
arrangement,Buffet service )was pathetic.

Thanks a lot to Apeksha for a memorable tour of Jaipur and Ranthambore.

Trip Factory Itinerary was good and they stuck to the commitment , except some confusion at Neil Island -Day 2; where I had to ping the team to re check with local ordinator . day 2 Mr. Vijay was initially on non cooperative mode and later on Day 3 he was fine. except that all arrangements were good . Day2 Hotel Amulya 's Breakfast was totally trash Not at all upto the mark and very limited choice please take a call. For vegetarians , veg kitchen are many but Trip factory didnt had any idea to suggest during booking process. So kindly have a database of the same so that Jain's and Strict veggie; families have information about the same. Even at Day 3 & 4 at Haveock TF could have booked any beach resort and as such both types are resorts are plenty and available on the opp. sides of the road. In fact Beach resorts had sufficient vacant rooms too; I did checked there. Rest all fine .

It was such a wonderful trip right from the start till the end of my journey ...
Guide was always on time and the hotel was as booked as per our itinerary...
Nothing was done beyond or what was said....

At the beginning we had good communication contact with trip factory and we had smooth process of our Visa. Later throughout over tour Trip factory crew maintained almost perfect timing with error 5 min. We also had good communication with crew.
