My minus - Aquas beach resort in Neil island
Room not look like 4 star and bathroom door lock broken and water problem faced .
Exepect that hotel all are amazing and nice one . Our request was to cancel that hotel

Overall a great way to spend some time with the help of Trip Factory. 24/7 support team was in touch to make sure we are having the splendid days and if there are any issues, will always there to help and sort the things out. special thanks to RajaGuru for being helpful throughout the days.

We visited Manali-Simla end of Dec 2021.
Below are some of our views (with our rating our of 5)
Booking Process (5/5)- Very Big Thanks to Ramya from TripFactory(TF) who patiently answered our numerous questions, provided us with quotes based on our altering requirements. Was in constant touch with us during our trip too.
Support Process (5/5)- TripFactory team and Ramya had responded to us very fast and even during odd hours. Since we were traveling between airport-Manali and Manali-Shimla we were reaching the hotel late evenings and the support team helped to contact the hotel to keep our dinners packaged.
(I never expected such great support. Good job TF and continue this good work)
Hotel at Manali (Hotel Comfort Inn Snowpark, Rated as 4 Start by TF) 5/5 -
Very nice rooms, staff and Breakfast/Dinner were good. We had a very good and pleasant stay. Thanks to Mr. Vinay and all members at SnowPark.
Hotel at Shimla (Sukhsagar Regency Rated as 3 Star by TF) 2/5 -
Breakfast and Dinner were very nice, They had more varieties compared to the hotel at Manali. The staff was also polite. But the rooms were horrible. The Room had ashtrays and was stinking with tobacco. The restroom was even more horrible. We do not know how it got a rating of 3 stars. We were given 101 and 102 which is very next to the resaurant. Please avoid these rooms
Hotel Ratings by TripFactory - The team that reviews the hotel and services should relook at their ratings. For other travelers kindly check the reviews of the suggested hotels before going ahead with bookings.
Taxi Service (3/5)- The driver was polite overall it went well. There were certain things that can be improved to give a better experience. It would be nice if driver can also be our guide on the trip. As tourists, we do not know the time that needs to be spent in the places. The driver did not mention those and later due to time constraints did not cover a couple of places).
At Solang Valley, there are some adventure games that can be taken. The driver took us to a place where a third party sells the tickets/package and gear. Along with that, there was some winter gear sold to us stating our winter gear was not good enough (bought in Decathalon e.g long snow boots, good gloves.). We later realized that what we had bought in Decathalon was good enough.
On the activities only the person told everyone takes ski (even older people). The cost of this was super high (1500 for 2 people)
Most of the activities were total waste and not worth it. Possibly only that we might have good experience was Zip Line and Motor car all others were a total waste. Including the winter gear that was sold (exception for the full suite which probably would be 250 INR per person). For activities directly go to Solang valley and buy individual tickets. The driver knew about those but still did not suggest anything. Hence it would be nice if the Driver can also be our GUIDE during the trip and probably earn a good reputation.
There was also another strange thing most of the shops/restaurants in Himachal are not accepting Card Payments. They are ok with GPay but as you know there is a limit to the number of transactions. Even in Mall Road in Shimla !!

Some feed back.
1. Flight tickets - seats are blocked of non recliner. Please avoid blocking last seat and before emergency exit door.
2. Please don't recommend Baisaran in Phalgham for any customer. It's pathetic hotel.

Thanks to Keerthy Raj and team we had a wonderful experience in Andaman Islands. Everything was done has informed. Spent a good 5 days. Recommended Trip Factory to all my friends.

Trip factory team: Very responsive and instant replies to all the queries and concerns from day1 of contacting them. Planning itinerary was also smooth. Roy suggested not to book water activities in advance instead go to spot and bargain. That was a helpful input. We could save Rs100-500 per person.
Port Blair: Hotel and it's service was poor. Washroom was small. Kettle/chair was not clean. Staff did not respond when we called from room to reception. Out of 3rooms only one room telephone was working . WiFi(not Internet) was not available all the time . only 1-2 person could use it. Had to come outside the room to get internet. lift was broken. Kettle was not clean. Had informed all these problem in reception. But did not get solution. Even complimentary packed water was not given.
Transport in port Blair: Twice it happened that without informing the driver left us and went. When we came out of hotel/island the driver was not available and we have to spend 30-60min to wait for driver to come. First time when this happened I told driver at 5.30pm that sharp 6.45 we have to leave. I requested him twice not to leave without calling. At 6.35 both driver and Naveen had called. I told we will come by 6.45. But when we came the driver had already left. Inspire of telling the time, the driver left without informing.
Overall did not like the arrangements made in Port Blair. Every evening I had to call Naveen and ask for next days plans , timings and had to ask for driver details. Breakfast had less varieties. Usually breakfast in good hotel will have lot of varieties.
Havelock: Spent just one day. Hotel room/washroom was very good. Breakfast was ok but better than J hotel. Co ordinator David was good. Arrangements were also good. Co ordinators were there with us till the ferry gates got open.
Baratang from Port Blair: Driver on that day was Marshall. On our whole journey the driver explained importance of each place we visited/about to visit. So much information was provided about Andaman, different tribes in Nicobar, how different are they. We had to take ferry after tribal zone. Before we got down he told us where to stand in ferry to get down faster, what time we have to be back, and asked to what to ask the guide during our lime road visit. Everything was told by him in prior. Because of him we could cover the place planned on time. Very very helpful and useful information was given to us. Even during our return journey from Baratang to Port Blair. He explained about the buildings which we passed. It was kind of city tour for us where usually guide explains us everything about the whole city. Wish we had got such driver cum guide from day1 to day4 as well. Overall our 5th day was great . Only concern was with Sagarika govt emporium. We were fooled by that Sagorika/Sagarikhaa. But we donno why it happened and whose mistake. Driver's/shopkeeper's.
Overall experience with TF was good. Arrangements were good only in Havelock.

Ok,,,so my tour come to end with happy faces 😊😊,,,both of us are really grateful to tripfactory to make my honeymoon better and refunding the money soon which was included but not happened and also taking the concern seriously. I would have said the best trip but things didn't go well on the second last day of our trip. We were not able to enjoy the traditional culture of Rajashthan, candle light dinner, the authentic desert camp ambience and we were keeping high expectation with this kind of activities. Otherwise rest of journey and planning was as per my expectation and it was up to mark.
I want to give some suggestions and advice to tripfactory team to overcome the trouble which I faced at ground level.
Reached directly to driver if customer doing private cab throughout the tour,,share complete hotel details and information so that driver don't need to ask to customer where to go. (In my senerio ,,driver was asking me hotels address and there locations)
Before booking hotel ,,try to verify once with Local and native persons for complete hotel details whether hotel is genuine or not,,,,(at udaipur,, tripfactory got cheated as your team paid amount 2 times one for fake hotel and one for genuine hotel) try to fill out this space,, so that customer will not get affariad

First of all, thanks to tripfactory the travel arrangement were awesome I really appreciate it was up to the mark.The hotel location and choose was really good(except hotel Marina Mahal in Jaisalmer it is below std hotel food is very bad). Apart from that hotel rooms, accommodation and welcome amenities at the hotel was really good.Really it was pleasure trip

whatever was decided in itinerary, trip factory has delivered every thing. the ground staff looks always busy so we need to contact ground coordinator almost all the time for pickup and drop. Navin, david, pravin. shakti all were professional and nice to us.
also joining in telegram group was effective, where one can share any concern to trip factory's team.

It was amazing experience. Since everything is booked by the tour coordinator in advance, we enjoyed our time rather than spending it in queue and booking cabs. Everything was smooth. Without any doubt, I would always prefer trip factory.

Trip factory gave good assistance.
Ramnik help us so much.
Faced one problem in this trip regarding food.Food was not good on that island and the services offered by island not good.Our room is about near about half km and no beverages or food serve to the room and we have all inclusive package resort gave only drinks and peanuts except of lunch breakfast dinner.
But yes place is very beautiful, neat and clean we enjoyed lot other than food part.
