I had full satisfaction with Trip Factory. Starting from the booking - Ankur guided me a lot by providing all possible options for booking.
After reaching Srinagar, the car driver (Zahoor) was already there in the airport and he was really helpful for us. He was an actual guide for us throughout our journey. He knew everything about Kashmir and explained everything that we needed. He has excellent communication skills and was always there when needed. I would like to give 5 star for the driver Zahoor.
Overall the service given by Trip Factory was very good.

The transfers were very comfortable, the room at calungate was good but the room at Anjuna beach was not up to the mark, it was very tiny room , the bed was not proper, there was no space for movement

We four ladies took package for Dubai. Overall very well handled by the agent in India,name Dipan. All arrangements were perfect except the goofed of taxi driver once. . Advice a person who have traveled to Dubai, must make the itinerary. Thanks.

My trip was awesome and unforgettable trip, everything is awesome right from the pickup to drop. The tour guide was super friendly and he guided us like a family member and give us a good memories and I'm lucky that he is a good photographer too hahah.. And coming to the hotels I have never expected tripfactory.com will provide me top class hotels in each place. The food and the ambiance and the service nd hospitality was too much good. And mostly the package was so reasonable. Thanks to Ms surbhi who made our package in reasonable price, thanks tripfactory.com team and backend team who always supported us 24x7.
