It has been excellent experience!!! Everything was as per the plan given and explained in details by the TF representative.The SIC based system needs improvement like a ping can be given to the tourist that in 5 min you will be pick up....it takes hell to wait in lobby and to pay for delay by other tourists...

Fabulous Port Blair Trip...!! The trip was well organized by Mr. Naresh - Trip Factory. Bangalore to Port Blair fly was very good. In Port Blair from Airport to De marine *** Resort was very near and Mr. Shekar - Tour Coordinator was very kind person and arrangement was fantastic. Cab Drivers are very polite and very courteous - Mr. Aslam, Mr. Amir. Mr. Shekar was ready to guide us with all the info like, Cellular Entry ticket , Makruzz Ferry ticket from Port Blair to Havelock etc.

In Havelock Mr. Mansoor was excellent tour operator. Room arrangements was excellent in De Marina & Lee Meridian Resort .

Planning once again trip with my family to singapore.

Naresh, was very kind and helpful. Andaman Trip was aweson and well organized. Resorts in the Port Bair (Hotel Haywizz) and Havelock (Blue Bird Resort ) was very good. But only worst was Tango Beach Resort in the Neil Island. room provided was like Lodge (Decade Old Door, furniture, Open Window, Stinking Restroom, and dirty rooms,. . I would recommend Trip Factory not give such kind lodge..

I booked the trip for my parents. I was really sceptic while booking as I was booking for the first time with Tripfactory. However, the experience was amazing as my parents didn't face any issue during the trip. As promised, the car was in a very good condition, driver was knowledgable and polite . The house boat booked was very good. Nisha was very supportive in answering all the queries and I would like to recommend Tripfactory to my freinds as well. I have also booked a trip for Andaman already and have also made 2 of my freinds to book the same with Trip factory. Looking forward to a great experience similar to the Kerala Trip.

Trip arrangements are fine. In some places like tekkhady and alleppy some places are not covered. In KOCHI and alleppy not covered beach area.in tekkhady only seen forest on boat.

Amazing Planning by trip factory. Kudos to Coordinators in Port Blair and Havelock (Abdul Majeed and Mansoor Bhai) we never waited more than 10 minutes for pickup after calling these two guys.
most of the times vehicle was already waiting. coordinators were at the airport, ferry with our name plate. Blue bird resort is amazingly located near beautiful secluded beach. all staff and room service were amazing. we missed elephant beach trip due to some government issue but coordinators arranged alternate snorkeling location. we have got extra pickup and drop for Skuba diving activity even if it wasn't included in package. all time they provided private cars for travelling. they booked fastest and most luxurious Makkruz. no point to complain. will definitely gp through tripfactory only onwards. hope they continue this amazing service.

Excellent trip....!!! The trip was well planned and we did not have any hold ups at any place. Except the hotel in Delhi all the other places had good 3* hotels and the driver was very courteous...!!! Thank you trip factory...!!!

Two things that will need improvement - Couple of hotels were in crowded areas which led to delay in reaching owing to extremely narrow lanes and being stuck in traffic.

The driver stuck to 80 Kms per hour even on the Yamuma expressway which led to longer than necessary time on the road.

The Trip arranged by Trip Factory was excellent. Except Boat House Stay. The Boat was excellent but the services were very bad. Confirm their services and book Wangnoo Houseboat for others.

From many days before, we were in search of nice traveling agency for Kerala trip and meanwhile we were in contact with trip factory travel agency we all were very eager to know how will be the experience. But with trip we have very nice experience and Memorable movement in our life in Kerala trip. Very nice communication very nice hotels very nice service were given to us besides Falak madam was always in contact with us she gave nice guidelines in every time and all credit goes to her. Car driver Mr.Nashir given nice service without any trouble. Thanks a lot to all members of trip factory.

We had a wonderful experience with Trip factory. ALthough the airlines cancelled our flight in the last minute, Martina and her reservation team were able to get u the revised hotel bookings. Really loved the follow ups and our stay at the resort too!!

It was memorable trip to Dubai. Sarosh’s coordination from Bangalore and in Dubai were excellent. We would like to thank Sarosh for giving perfect trip explanation and his coordination was superb and very prompt in clarification throughout trip. The places suggested by him were really good and kids enjoyed a lot. Specially dessert safari , Dolphinarium, and under water zoo. He was continuously following up during trip . We also had very smooth visa arrangement and special thanks to Sarosh and Arihant for arranging visa for one of us in 24 hours. Kids have conveyed special thanks to Sarosh and Arihant. We feel trip factory is the best option for trip organisation compare to others.

It was our wonderful Dubai trip. The trip was very nicely arranged and all the major attractions were duly covered in the trip. All the pickup were on time.

It was a 4N 5D trip to Andaman. Flight was booked at right time. Got all the info and instrucation ahead of time to prepare.
Hotel at Port Blair was reasonable, but good food options. Sight seeing arrangements and places were nice and thoroughly enjoyed.
Travel to Havelock from Portblair was enjoyable with cruise and stay at Havelock was pleasant. Had ample time to spend both in the planned activities and also own plan.
Hotel at Havelock was very good. My 3yr old son enjoyed the friendly environment at Havelock.
Upon returning back Port blair, i got some free time to visit chatham and museums on my own due to free time.
Over all it was a good trip, suited the leisure i had planned, with family.

Also the trip factory agent regularly checked on the status of the trip.

It was our wonderful Kerala trip arranged by trip factory.We enjoyed munnar, thekkady n alleppy houseboat.There were no problems about booking. Driver was good. Trip Factory staff were cooperative. One suggestion to trip factory about Kumarkom destination .It was not worth.Ashirwad heritage in Kumarkom hotel is good but some of the things were missing like door lock,hand shower was not working. Wifi was not working in the room.
Bird sanctuary in Kumarkom was not worth and interesting. So please exclude this Kumarkom from Kerala trip plans.

This was my second trip with Tripfactory. The trip was very nicely arranged and all the major attractions were duly covered in the trip. The hotel was also good, with spacious rooms. The booking at tripfactory was made so easy by Naveen. the trip schedule was very nicely managed and there was no rushing around at the sites as experienced in other tour operators. All the documents were emailed well in advance and the itinerary was well explained too. there was support provided from Dubai too by Naveen. Overall a very nice trip well managed by Trip factory...
