This was a very good trip to Andamans. It was very well organized and planned.
Trip factory not only provides a desired itinerary and executes them well but also supports us and does their best to be flexible if there is any last moment changes due to any unforeseen incidents.

I along with my family took a holiday trip to Andaman through tripfactoy from 14th October to19th October 2017. As advised by them we covered portblair, Niel island and Havloc and the trip was one of the best days in my life. All the arrangements made by them from reaching Port Blair airport to return from airport were meticulously planned by them and I strongly feel that with the help of Ms Akshatha Kuttappa the coordinator we didn't have to worry about anything through out our holidays than enjoying the trip ourselves. The local representatives were also so good and we can really vouch for it. My suggestion to tripfactoy is that they should arrange government ferry Service only as there is no surety for the travel of private ferries taking trips due to the condition of Sea and even if it's done due to to it being made of fibre the travel is too bad and you can see more than fifty percent travellers having Sea sickness and vomiting. This is not seen in government ferry Service made of steel and being heavy. They may take this suggestions positively. All the best to total team and heartfelt thanks from me and family

Hotel chandramukhi at manali does not fit our standard

Our SIKKIM Trip - An excellent trip, well planned itinerary and nicely executed. We enjoyed everyday & every moment of our trip. We got the TF contact from GoAir website and we started gone through the details of Trip. Infact the trip which we planned is not there in TF and when we started explain the trip details to TF associate (Subham). He is having very good amount of patience to listen to us and as discussion progress, he completly understood our trip details. He started with different options to us and trust me ,it went from Option 1 to Option 9. Finally we convinced for last option as which is perfectly suited for our trip. We booked Trip from Varanasi to Delhi via Agra , Jaipur. The Accomidation is quite awesome (expect for Jaipur) and coming to Cab , it should be little more comfortable , what we feel. As we came from south , the temparature is fluctuating from 22 to 27 degree. But in North, it was very hot as Tempo Traveller with AC is not suited for us. So there was quite lot of disturbance due to Cab provided.But it was resolved very sooner by calling to emergency contact number provided in the Voucher.Eventhough cab changed once and driver changed twice. As a whole, we got very good amount of time being spent with Trip factory. Infact on daily basis , TF team called us inorder to letting them know if any issues tourists faced.

We will definetly recommend Tripfactory for next travel and even for the friends and other family members.

Short Review : Really happy and satisfied with the arrangements by trip factory for my dubai trip.
Long Review: to start with the booking for this trip was done just one day before , though initially the itinerary send was not in line with what was discussed, but the next day itself it was changed and rectified to my expectations which was a very positive start to the trip. I came across trip factory just through a random google search and was at a risk since it was my first experience with them. Undoubtedly Trip factory lived upto my expectation at each stage. I was upgraded to Private transfers from Seat In Coach. The driver/guide were humble and welcoming. the transport facility arranged were upto the mark.I hope you continue this work and will definitely book my future tours with Trip Factory.

It was my first time with Trip factory. We planned for hongkong with Macau. I must say Martina , my tour advisor from Trip Factory planned my trip very well. We booked a family package to Hongkong through Tripfactory. Satish B was our travel expert and would like to thank him for all his suggestions and patience in creating our itinerary. We settled on the 11th option and throughout Satish gave us suggestions on how we could save on the hotels and get a better deal.
The hotels suggested were good and also the transfers from airport and back. They even accommodated our last minute request of adding a guest to the package.
The only area where I feel Tripfactory could improve is that they should provide details of the driver who is doing the pickup, coz the local office didn't pick up our calls and we couldn't find the driver at the arrival hall for sometime.led to some anxiety especially when u have kids and senior citizens with u.
Satish B was always available on call at any time of the day irrespective of the time difference and I want to thank him for being there to answer all our queries.
I will definitely recommend Tripfactory to friends and colleagues and also plan my next trip with them.

It was an awesome experience to book with TripFactory. Every thing was well managed. The partner Royal Arabian was well coordinated by trip factory. Both managed our trip exceptionally well. Guides, Drivers and coordinators are very well behaved and very tourist friendly. They guided us at every point and cautioned us about Do's and Do not's. All are very fluent in Hindi and English so its very homely experience there. Nice hotel partment was arranged where we got 24*7indian food. Lots of indian restaurants near the hotel so we did not miss food of india. Taste of food are very good. Very children friendly meals.
Except mosques there is no strict dress code. UAE people accept all types of tourists. Only Visa cards are accepted there. They do not accept AMEX. You can withdraw Dirham fro ATMs using VISA Debit card. Research required about the destinations such that you can explore that within the time limit given by guide. UBER Taxi and other Taxi service are easily available. All accept VISA cards.

To tell specifically about the tour overall it was peaceful and good experience. In regards with travel expert Samson , he guided us very well about the tour details and was available at any time to solve the queries i had . he was soft spoken , friendly and would say a fun filled person this attitude will take you higher specially in the current field that your are working.
As far as tour plan was concerned the iternary was good. hence no issues with the plan expect for a first day plan where we had to travel back n forth for two different places. I cancelled one place as it was tiring.

Overall a pretty good and relaxing experience . Samson .. i would say JOB WELL DONE.
