Service of pick up and dropping was good. But candle light dinner was not so good as expected. Bur over all it was very good experience with Trip Factory for the first time.

Trip was good, hotel in munnar was super, boat house was good , only breakfast in boathouse was not good

We enjoyed the whole Gujarat-Diu trip!
Every aspect of the trip was wonderful, from the places we visited, to the hotels we stayed in, to the driver.
We would love to go on another trip with TripFactory :)

There were 2 points which we were Not satisfied about:
1) The main intention for people to visit Sasan Gir is to go on the 'Jeep Safari' to watch the lions. Now, this 'Jeep Safari' can only be booked online. This was NOT informed to us by TripFactory!!! This is a major miss from your side! Because of this, we were NOT able to go on the 'Jeep Safari'.
2) The hotel at Jamnagar (J R Avezika Comfort) was Not upto the mark especially compared to all the other hotels that we stayed in!

Other than the above 2 points, we are Very Happy with the way our Trip went!

Me and my husband planned 5N/6D trip to Singapore and Malaysia it was a wonderful experience and the arrangements made by Ms Mala were extremely good like Hotels,transport , places visited in Singapore and Malaysia . This is my 2nd trip booked via TripFactory and I am happy with the service provided.
The trip was well organized. We enjoyed our stay in Shimla and Manali.
Alok Sharma from trip factory was very helpful and helped us throughout the planning of trip . After booking the trip, the flight was rescheduled by airlines but Alok made sure of alternate arrangements without affecting our plan.
Coming to trip, the hotels in Shimla and Manali were great and service was good. Overall happy with the trip and would recommend others.

The trip was very well organised and all the sight seeing places were covered as promised. The drivers,tour guides were kind, punctual and cooperative. The rooms booked in the resorts especially Haywizz, Symphony Palm beach and Summer Sands were cleanly maintained and there was lots of greenery in the resort. The staff in the resorts were always willing to help and were supportive. The food at the resorts was very tasty and were reasonably priced. The only issue we had on the last day was in J Hotel as the room was not well maintained, the water was not able to drain out from bathroom. We were made to change 3 rooms and every other room had one or the other issues. Other wise overall the trip was excellent, well coordinated and planned. I thank you for organizing such an awesome trip and look forward to plan many more trips with TripFactory

We had a great experience on this trip organised by TripFactory.

Ms. Leena Kartha was very patient with our queries & helped us design a perfect itinerary. Ms. Ambika, our coordinator from Siliguri, was also very helpful & accessible throughout the trip. Our tour guide, Mr. Tshering took care of all the little details of the trip & was exceptionally resourceful & answered all the questions we had about Bhutan. Our drivers, Mr. Raju & Mr. Damchen, drove safely & well.

We had an overall good experience at all the hostels. Especially, the staff at Hotel Shanhideva, Timphu, were very friendly & hospitable. Only the experience at City Hotel, Paro was less than satisfactory (they charged extra for a heater, which was not working properly, the WiFi wasn't working properly, etc).

It was a great and hassle free trip.

Paradise island Resort -Maldives was amazing, thanks Trip factory for a great holiday and also Ms Priti Kumari from Trip factory for your assistance.
Regarding Paradise Island & Resort, every thing was perfect -Rooms, food, activities, their entertainment team, services and list goes on....

Had been to Shirdi thru' trip factory. All arrangements was made by them right from flight round trip from Bangalore to pune, pune to shirdi cab with local sightseeing n stay at shirdi. Good experience it was. Would highly recommend it to friends n family

We group of friends went for Thailand trip. Everything is managed by Tripfactory and everything went very well..
We enjoyed a lot, everything is planned so well so we able to enjoy 5 days effectively . No wait for taxi, good Indian restaurants for dinner, important sightseeing with tickets in Bangkok and Pattaya. Strongly recommended.

I liked all the arrangements done; expect for the hotel at Madikeri coorg, which was a bad experience in terms of the hotel and location.. Thanks to Sandeep who shifted us the next day to another resort at Coorg.
Also the driver should explain to us where he is taking us for sightseeing. He would also take us to the restaurants that he prefers so that he can earn his commission there.

We had been to HongKong and Macau along with family members and Prakash had done a stupendous job in organizing a wonderful one. He made sure every bit of the trip was very well taken care of without any hiccups. Everything was booked on dot - flights, hotels, site seeing etc. We also had to change the dates and bookings as had some confusion around the travel dates. The entire team of Trip Factory was very cooperative and extremely friendly. We will definitely keep going for more and more trips through TripFactory.

Was a good trip. Except some confusion in hotel start ratings as the quality of hotels was not matching with the starts been rated in the itinerary.

Very friendly.. planner easily reachable on watsapp to improvise. Dedicated planner to us. Flexible on the time lines of payments. Loved the experience. Reasonably priced. Can fix the schedule as per our wish. Amazing tie ups.

The entire trip experience was overall good except for few things which didn't go as per the plan. We traveled to Portblair and back to Bangalore with comfortable flights. The hotel rooms were good and well maintained. The travel coordinators from Dream journey were courteous and friendly. They were able to guide us to the locations in good conditioned cars as mentioned in the iternary.

Now coming to the things which didn't go as planned.
1. We had to miss breakfast at J Hotel due to departure of a early ferry which was informed to us very late in the night
2. In Havelock Island, we were not taken to elephanta beach citing bad weather conditions. This made us miss the speed boat ride, island visit and snorkeling which were part of the iternary
3. The hotel booked in PortBlair for Day 5 was Coral Coves and it was not provided and they had J Hotel booked for us instead. This was irritating as they had some other details other than what we had paid for. However they provided Keys Hotel after discussions.
4. The weather at Andaman is tricky and its rainy season in November. We were not informed about getting umbrella and when requested the local travel coordinator they didn't provide us with any umbrellas. These things could have been handled in a better manner.

I would like to get refund of money for the things I have missed and mentioned above. Kindly let me know the process to get this done.

I would like to thank Lohit for his immediate assistance in the hour of need and coordinating accordingly during the trip. He resolved the connecting flight issue we had from Chennai to Bangalore. Keep up the good work!

The trip was awesome and thanks to Naresh who helped in getting all things right for this. We went to Andaman for our holiday. The itinerary was something like below :
4 nights in Havelock - Blue Bird Resort
2 nights in Neil - Pearl Park Resort
1 night *(last night) in Port Blair - Hotel Shompen
All the hotels were excellent, specially Blue bird resort. It was close to beach no.5 in havelock & it is the most beautiful beach I guess (compared to Radhanagar which had fair crowd). Also the Neil hotel was as well in the best beach in Neil (sunset beach). I will be booking to somewhere else soon with Naresh & tripfactory.
