The trip experience was really good. Just one thing, make sure u guys add important places in the package, for ex: in my trip package, baratang island and mud volcano was not added. I didn't know about the place, but after booking the package, I got to know about these places.

Thanks team for arranging this wonderful trip where I could spent quality time with my family . I would really like to thank trip expert Ranjeeth for organizing the trip so well. He had take care of all are requirements and comfort as my parents are senior citizens but we did not face any issue from beginning to the end of the journey.
Also like to appreciate the Hyatt Place residence staff, Trip factory and Royal Arabian staff for their wonderful coordination which made our stay in Dubai comfortable and wonderful. They were all available in whats app and quick in response in case of any queries. Everyone know that mobile is a necessity but thanks to their wonderful coordination and commitment to delivery quality of service we had used mobile only for clicking pictures rest everything was taken care by them. Hats off to all off them!
The best part was that whatever was promised was provided to us there was not even 0.001% difference between the commitment and delivery. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care
I would recommend next time to keep some time for shopping and also travelers having shared seat coach to keep the a time gap of 30 min to 1 hour from last drop not from the first drop as generally the family/ person picked up first is dropped last so he has 5 to 10 min gaps for other pickup as he is the first again.

Such an amazing trip. Loved the way Trip Factory had organised everything. Dint face any kind of difficulty in the complete package. Well planned and organised.
Only suggestion would be to arrange for a driver who knows routes in all the cities. However the driver was very humble and cooperative.
Even the rooms arranged had good service and great ambience.
Would love to travel again with Trip Factory. Great job team.

I thank for making my family trip a memorable one. The bookings were perfect The arrangements like pick up and drop were also perfect the room was awesome and the cost of the entire trip was also economical.One thing I suggest is that you can give a detailed activities like plan of approach more clearly. For example being a vegetarian I found difficulty initially but after that I learned by my experience.In sentosa Island the directions were not clear.The ticket were for round trip but as we go to one station from another how will we go back to the last station (Beach) in which wings of time takes place? The instructions were not clear. Special thanks to My coordinator Mr.Anthony charles Eric raj. His clear talk and no hidden speech only convinced me to go with TRIP FACTORY. I will strongly recommend TRIP FACTORY for my friends and relatives.

Just back from a trip to Dubai. It was awesome. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as has never heard bout TripFactory before but still went ahead and booked a 4N/5D Dubai package with them. All Pvt transfers. Everything right from the pick up at the airport to the activities planned for us(Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari etc) was bang on. Never once did we have to follow up with them. The drivers would reach us well before the scheduled time. We were booked into a 3 BHK hotel Apt which was really good. We were a group of 5 adults and had a huge house to ourselves. Buffet b’fast was great. Overall it was a great trip and will definitely book through them again.

the only thing was i had booked a 3 rooms and had to cancel one rooms for which TripFactory has charged very high cancellation charge for even 30 before cancellation

where as the other website allows free room cancellation prior to 3 days

Holiday inn express is better than 4 star though its 2 star. I gave 50 dhs fees as tourism dirham fees. It has a gym on first floor. Unlimited breakfast time 6. 30 to 10. 30 am (bread, croissants, milk, fruits, veg/ninveg, cold drinks(apple juice, fruit juice etc. )).. no one asked for extra money in entire trip.very punctual on itenary timings. Overall a fabulous trip. TTHANKS to trip factory and mr. Ranjeet M for his perfect direction and followup.

Right from start to finish support was excellent and trip factory did very well, they gave what they promised n better. Comparatively, the prices quoted from competitors is less and the quality is no less then the market leaders like Cox&kings, kesari etc....Regular updates n before departure, executive called and explained the how the tour goes is very personal in touch. The only problem I faced is about emergency contact, which I unable to contact during early morning hours. A designated n responsible couple of numbers is very important. If not for this little hitch, trip factory deserves all five stars. Naveen, who was our booking executive is very professional n did all the good work and gave the best price for the tour. It was my second experience with Trip Factory, and I must say that Trip Factory has once again done fabulous job in providing yet another memorable trip experience.. While my earlier trip was with friends, this recent trip from 26-29th December 2017 to Goa was with my parents.. From providing accommodation of the kind I wanted to taking care of my vegetarian food preferences, everything was well taken care by Trip Factory.. My travel expert Shubham, has done a great job and was always available to cater to my needs and querries.. A thumbs up to the entire Trip Factory team.. :) :)

Awesome Dubai experience. Paavan has made excellent arrangments for hotels, accommodations and all private transportation were simply fabulous ( loved all those SUVs they sent for site seeing and desert safari). He also made the last-minute change of upgrading to Burj Khalifa Highest sky lounge. that was a breathtaking view and lasting experience. The TripFactory team was very helpful and gave us a deal that was irresistible.

It was an amazing experience of Andamans booked from Trip Factory. They delivered as per their promise. The hotels/resorts booked were of top quality. The pickup was timely , the car was well maintained and drivers very friendly and punctual. They upgraded my cruise from Macruzz to Macruzz gold without extra cost. The tour operator was very prompt on call and informed the itinary in the morning and also visited our hotel in the evening to discuss about tomorrow. I received daily feedback call from tripfactory as well. I wold recommend booking form Tripfactory as the prices offered by them was also very genuine.
