It was a holiday gifted to our elders - all 3 senior citizens and we were super cautious of where to choose the holiday from. Shusmita our travel expert was very helpful, quick to respond and extremely diligent in all our interactions.even when we had to move the dates of travel due to our personal reasons everything was handled smoothly. Similarly during the trip and until completion the travellers were very comfortable , small little details were taken care of, the assigned driver , the tour guides at various locations and the entire itinerary was exceptional. we arranged the Dubai Holidays from Trip Factory. Trip was organized fantastically. All pickup drops and activities arranged on time. Hotel booked was good. Team from Trip factory was fully active and very supportive before and during the trip. Trip factory organized all the require documents well on time.
My travel expert Ranjeeth from Trip factory is fantastic to coordinate all the functions within company without any difficulty.
Overall trip was good. just couple of suggestions to trip factory:
1. increase time for city tour
2. include Dinner all days according to trip cost..

Overall the trip organised by TripFactory was satisfactory. Although there were few shortcomings, like the hotel in Port Blair was below average and the ferry ticket from Havelock back to port blair was of a lower class compared to ongoing journey from port blair-havelock. Also as requested to get the tickets for the best cruise which is the Makruise in Andman islands we were provided the tickets of Green Ocean.
The people who picked up from airport, ferry port were very punctual and professional. The hotel rooms provided on havelock were not the best one, casa rooms were given, but they could have provided the beach/sea facing rooms as the booking was done in more than 3 months in advance.
Instead of 4 nights five days this could have been covered in 3 nights and four days if you just have to visit port blair and havelock islands.
Overall this was a good experience, i hope trip factory people will consider these points.
The support people of Trip Factory were very cooperative, especially Akshatha was always available for any query and concerns.

I would like to thanks Trip Factory for the trip that they have organized for our honeymoon to Andaman and below are the points :
1. Trip was well planned according to days.
2. Support from staff across the trip was very good.
3. Staff was very helpful and provided all information regrading security at place and all safety measures to make our journey amazing.
4. Hotels were all 4 star and very good. Also to add stay was in main location of city in Port Blair and Have lock island.

Feedback:
Trip factory should soft book the seats of travelers else do web-checkin for couples as this is starting of trip for couples and if they don't get to sit together than that spoils the mood badly.
Similarly for ferry tickets also they should make sure that seats are given together.
Also book luxury class for couples instead of premium class as there is only difference of 200

We faced issue in both the places but after discussing with local staff, it got resolved.

My Trip from 12-16 March 2018 was organised by Tripfactory and manage by Royal Arabian. In our opinion the organiser is rate considering Hotel Booked and cost effectiveness..Tour manager, Was also very friendly and tried accommodate most of the request. first of all let me thank shri. mohammad Arafat to be in contact with us right from the date we booked and till the date of departure. My experience with many other operators are such that, the executive through him i fix the tour is available only for the booking. Rest of the things are handled by different people who may not be knowing the exact details. Whereas Shri Arafat was with us till the end of the tour and the rajasthan service provider has given the best service . it is more than what we expected,like instead of 21 seater tempo, they have given 27 seater new mini bus for our entire trip. hotels were good. The main thing is that Service provider has gone through exactly what was agreed between me and shri.Arafat.

Overall good experience

I have been searching for Gangtok-Lachung Tour packages over internet, I found Trip Factory with a reasonable package, I have posted my details on their portal, Mr. Aditya contacted me, he was so polite with enough knowledge about the tourist places and Packages. He explained me the Itinerary very clearly. The interesting point I love is Mr.Aditya is in contact with me from the day one to till we are back from the trip. All the crew of Trip Factory along with Aditya, considering car drivers, vehicle in good condition, Decent hotels etc are so decent and with out any issues the trip went on well. I strongly recommend Trip Factory.

It was a wonderful experience with TRIPFACTORY. Had booked Andaman tour for 5 days.
TRIPFACTORY took care of everything right from scratch. Proper communication by the local travel agency at Andaman and other Islands.

Pros :
Pick up and drop was on time. Great fleets of AC cars were arranged for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend TRIPFACTORY to friends and relatives.
Tour coordinator’s at Andaman - Mansoor and Muneer were awesome and took care of us and properly guided us. Kudos to them.
Hotels which were booked was very nice especially Le-Meridian Hotel at Have lock Island was Awesome and were also very helpful in providing any information abt the places to cover.

Cons:
We had to wait for almost an hour for the boats arrival at the Havelock Island to get into Elephant Beach which was disappointing cos people will be evacuated from that beach after 3 PM. Elephant beach is one of the best beaches to Visit in Andaman.
So we hardly spent 2 hrs in that beach. Rest all the beaches was well organized !

Overall good experience but the flight timing was not good (both side)
