First of all, thank you so much Akshatha for being there always and helping us out in every possible way.
It was indeed a great trip. Everything from transfers to pick up to accommodation to sightseeing, was prompt and class.
The only reason for 4 star and not 5 star rating is below average candle light dinner offering near the beach. The dinner experience was far from what I was expecting - Menu was fixed and had to have which we don't like. Blue Bird Resort where we were staying denied for dinner near beach, and it was arranged last minute. It was more looking like a formality to be completed rather than serving us with great dinner.

It was grate experience travelling to Kerala. Out of 4 Places we visit we found 2 places worth to visit (Munnar and Allepy). Theakdy and Kochi is not that much impressed us. Driver Rajan was very good. He played role of tour guide also. Everywhere you will need to pay Extra money as Entry Fees. So keep Extra Rs.15-20k with you. Thank you Tripfactory for such wonderful Tour.

A truly amazing trip to Singapore and Malaysia along with my family. Excellently coordinated by Ms. Taha Khanum at Trip Factory, who did a great job. Fantastic suggestions from her, which made the trip all the more exciting. From the moment we landed in Singapore to the day we flew back, the transports were on the dot, prompt and very well organized. All the vouchers and a printout of the day-to-day plan was given to us on day one and everything went on as smooth as silk. I didn’t have to make a single call to anyone throughout the trip. My family members enjoyed every moment of it and had an amazingly awesome experience. I strongly recommend planning a trip with Trip Factory as it was a totally hassle free experience.

This is the 4th time we are travelling with Trip Factory, we never faced any problem. Vehicle arrangement, Accommodation, Itinerary are excellent. They always stand as per their commitment to customer.

This time, there was a small confusion, but they sorted out immediately and resolved in minutes.

Good thing is that, they started whatsapp group, from sales rep to higher officials will be part of that group. Instantly they will respond in that group.

i have been planning for andaman trip from 2 months and will checking for the packages online , as per my friend suggestion who also went to andaman via trip factory few years suggested to check here and i verified the package and modify the package as per my plan like custom one with the help of rahul , my trip coordinator . and finally all things are planned and on the day before the travel , trip coordinator update the Do's and Don't and also the other things to be carried and all , they also created a whatsapp group with the trip coordinator and other people for emergency contacts.
They also shared the contact number of the people who are the contact point in andaman.
The day of travel we have been received by the travel agent in andaman and he explained the day activity and later at the evening he had update for the next day's activity which helped us planning the things. And the travel coordinator are flexible to squeeze few things which are not planned , We faced few issues in Havelock , related to the elephant beach or else everything was super and we enjoyed a lot . We like to travel with you guys , One Suggestion - everything went as per plan but we had asked for the morning ship to return to port blair instead we got the afternoon 3pm which was not updated till we received the ticket from the andman travel coordinators.If we had got the same data early we would have planned it, But anyway we had good ride on the afternoon cruise were there was Dance and fun on the way.,

Most important thing is the cost you are offering the packages at, which is a steal and unmatchable.

All was good.. As per iteniary shared with us.. On timeand communication was good from them. before a day we always received messages about next day.. All drivers were good, cooperative and helpful except for one... Only problem was hotel's location.. Was not well connected with local market which was changed last minute.. Rest all good.. Will definetely consider tripfactory for my next holiday..

We booked the Rajasthan vacation for a family of 3 last week with TripFactory. The booking process itself was excellent. Swetha, our contact at TripFactory, was very flexible with the numerous changes in the itinerary we had requested for, without ever complaining.

Constant reminders and minor changes in flight departures were quickly communicated to us by message. They even created a WhatsApp group of the involved personnel including the subcontracted travel agent in Rajasthan and any queries or changes requested with tour departure times were sorted out immediately. Additions to the itinerary were accommodated without any fuss.

Hotels were upto expectations, Tour guides were professional, english speaking and genuinely concerned with our requirements and took extra care in making sure that we were comfortable.

The only concern we had was with the driver of the car. He was more interested in taking us to shops and rides we were not interested in and became non-co-operative each time we refused his recommendations.

He prefers to drive at annoyingly slow speed of 80 kmph on empty highways and then continues at the same 80 KMPH on shoddy bumpy roads (perhaps to save on fuel?).

We did the Chennai-Jodhpur-Jaisalmer-Jodhpur-Udaipur-Chennai circuit in 6 days and enjoyed every bit of it. Strongly recommend this tour and wish you get a well mannered driver.

Excellent hotels...good driver and trip guide...but little problem with itenary

My friend suggested me to use Trip Factory for my honeymoon planning & good I used you.
My travel expert was Soumyadeep. He has not only an expert, but also very patient. Since this was my honeymoon trip, I had a zillion queries and he answered all of them and also at odd hours.

The trip was planned to perfection. Loved the arrangement right from Airport pick up & Drop.
The various sight-seeings were very nicely planned and everything went on smoothly. His suggestions on visiting some places were spot on.
The whatsapp group created before take-off was really helpful. Since my number was switched off, they called me on whatsapp for a urgent need I had. This is customer service at its best and I am in customer service industry myself.

For Spore Trip : Universal Studios - advise to take Express pass as the queues were massive. City tour can be replaced with something else such as Garden by the bay or Flywheel. Also advise future travellers to visit the Sea-Aquarium at Universal. Must see.

Overall, a big thank you to entire TripFactory team ! This is once in a lifetime trip and we shall remember it for a very long time.

Trip to Bali was an awesome experience. Our guide. Mr. Alit, was knowledgeable and gave us insights of the places we visited. He also advised us places to visit & shop for at our free time.

Due to rains there we missed the spectacular view of sunset at Tanah Lot however the place was breathtaking. Had great time doing watersports at Nasa Dua. The beaches are clean with clear water.

The Hotel Sun & Spa was just 10mins walking to Legian beach. The hotel staff was helpful and the buffet breakfast served was also upto the standard. Daily housekeeping was done. Only thing we didn't like about the hotel is the shower area - it was too small, say around 2x3 foot. The swimming pool was clean and maintained well.

Bali is a must visit location and will definitely recommend TripFactory to my friends.

It was an amazingly awesome trip. Everything was well organized right from the escorting from and dropping back to airport. The Hotel was very good provided with all the comfort and arrangements were made perfectly. Logistics faltered little bit during Burj Khalifa entry as they had forgot to bring the entry tickets and that delayed a little bit and kept us waiting for an hour. Apart from that everything went smoothly without any hassles.

If anyone plans to go to Dubai, I would highly recommend Trip Factory. Shruthi C was our travel expert who organized the trip and she planned and executed flawlessly. Big Kudos to Trip Factory !!!!

After comparing other sites, i opted to go with trip factory for my trip to shimla,manali and amritsar. I must say it was a good paisa vasool trip,with good 3 star hotels and good food. Most important the driver was very polite and humble and played the role of a local guide in showing us many places. Without him our trip was incomplte. Thankyou trip factory !!!
