Sitting in a garden in the Accra central area opposite the Rawlings Park is King Tackie Tawiah who was the 20th GA king. He is collectively remembered by the GA people and Ghanaians for his organisation of the GA people to war which got him into trouble. He lived from 1817 to 1902. He was exiled at a point for his fight against the colonial regime.
