The Groto de Corgnan is a high-quality restaurant. Fortunately, the courses and the wine-cellar are at affordable prices. To start, one can have a taste of seasoned and matured lardo before moving onto the pastries filled with black truffle and ricotta. Amongst the first courses there is a very good tagliatelle with ragù di cortile. tortelli with ricotta and nettles, and a pasta and beans (soup made with macaroni, beans, and pork) which is made in the traditional way. For the main course there is the Lessinian lamb joint with Amarone sauce, Recioto-style duck breast with onions and raisins, or breast of guinea fowl with sage and black truffle. To finish there is exquisite chestnut gelato cooked with honey. The wine-cellar is very well stocked, with a reliable section which is dedicated to grappas.
