There are lots of noodles and risottos on the menu of this restaurant, which shares a courtyard with three others. This is one of the few places in Split with waitresses, and their very presence makes the restaurant diner-friendly for families and for women dining alone. Besides pizza, inventive pasta entrees on the menu include noodles Matriciana, which is wide pasta dressed with tomatoes, bacon, and chili. The Diocletian salad is a lighter dish with veggies, squid, and anchovies sprinkled among the greens.
