The Annex is on the market since 2002 with a menu dedicated to Italian flavors, where much of the proposals come to be unusual in the spectrum of conventional pizzerias. The success is not in mass or in the filling but the balance of flavors. The thin crust makes the pizza queens, but we must pay attention to the rest of gastronomy, "court" the ingredients are chosen carefully, some come directly from Italy. But fresh pasta, the Bruschettas the Stuffed Breads and others also deserve a special affection.
