The trip was well planned and execution was immaculate. There was no instance where we had to call for transport or for day's itinerary. We used to get all the details on the telegram group in a timely manner. The Ashlee hub hotel at Patong was slightly below standard in terms of service. The trip to phi phi island organised by the trip operator could have been better, as a lot of time was wasted on the jetty itself, resulting in just running through all the islands, leaving us little time to enjoy. Rest all the events were very well organised. Mr Arvind who planned the trip was very helpful.
