Had an amazing time with my Family this birthday of my son will be the most memorable one, got what was promised hassle free travel did not have to call any one even once to check for the drivers they were waiting at the given destinations and and the given time, all thanks to amazing planning of Trip Factory

heads up to trip factory the best holiday planner they have earned me as a loyal customer and going forward all my trips will be planned and organized by them only.

The only issue was the Tour Guide in Krabi for the four island tour he was racist, rude and had a problem with Indians not only us he was commenting on every other Indian on board, to others he was very good except Indians.

The sales person starting from Vizak to Kamini were all very helpful and prompt in responding to any queries, in the hospitality industry other people and groups should learn from you.
