Since this was our first trip through TripFactory we did have some worries in the beginning about how our trip would be arranged. All the questions in our mind were put to rest during the booking process itself. The travel agent helped us a lot and suggested the right package and customised as per our requirements. All the details were sent much in advance and he ensured he gave us all details before our departure. The representative (driver) Mr. Riyaz picked us up from the airport and guided us in a wonderful and friendly manner throughout our entire trip. We are very thankful to him for making our trip very pleasant. He gave us all the information about do's and dont's through out the trip and even helped us by advising us to not to fall prey to money hungry agents in Gulmarg and Pahalgam.
