I recently came from my Singapore trip and I should really share my awesome experience ... first of all, the itinerary was the best ..!!! it was not too clumsy but still covered almost all places. I traveled with my friend and we both were girls and at no point, we felt that we were insecure .. both city and people are the best !! and also the timely support we got from TRIP FACTORY was extraordinary. I should really thank my travel guides Jyothi and Padma for there support, suggestions and responsibilities. Overall though initially, I was a little scared about Trip Factory as this was my first trip with them but seriously the support was the best !!!! it served more than I expected .... the pickups there were exactly on time !! everything went very smooth ...
I already suggested Trip factory to many of my friends and soon even they would be planning!!! and next time if I have to go on a trip my one choice would be TRIP FACTORY.
thank you all for making our first international trip outstanding and memorable .. and for making worth of our money !!!
if I have to suggest about few things then it would be this -- ( though not significant but still mentioning for your better service )
1) hotel given to us was J8 in which rooms were really very small !!! for 2 persons and luggage, it was a little congested.
Service there was okay! there was no swimming pool... but still, overall stay was comfortable..
