Right from start to finish support was excellent and trip factory did very well, they gave what they promised n better. Comparatively, the prices quoted from competitors is less and the quality is no less then the market leaders like Cox&kings, kesari etc....Regular updates n before departure, executive called and explained the how the tour goes is very personal in touch. The only problem I faced is about emergency contact, which I unable to contact during early morning hours. A designated n responsible couple of numbers is very important. If not for this little hitch, trip factory deserves all five stars. Naveen, who was our booking executive is very professional n did all the good work and gave the best price for the tour. Keep it up Naveen. Thanks, vijay
