I am Chaitra Santhosh, me and my team travelled to shimla and manali (1 nov -7 nov) . The hotels, accommodations, food was all good.. I give 5/5 for that.
The driver tagged to us was the only problem in the entire trip. He is not professional , uses his phone all along the way.. not just talking , he was using messaging apps too.
He was not accepting our timings, he definitely didnt co operated with us wrt timings, places, stop for lunch at hotels..
I personally feel trip factory has to groom the drivers , else the customers have to face unavoidable hurdles
