I have done my couple tour to Phuket, Krabi through Trip factory.
It was one the best tour arranged with perfect professionalism.
Shailesh was coordinating for the trip from the planning phase and I had
a discussion with him for 2-3 months before the tour and he was with
immediate available for the feedback.
Once the iterniery was finalised he created a telegram group which was
in tough with me through the tour with everyday requirements.
Airport pick up on time
Sightseeing pickup drop on time with all the arrangements as agreed.
