Will Recommend to Others
First of all thanks to Maria Priyadarshini for being a wonderful guide starting from booking the package till the travel. A great person to associate with who understands the customers pulse and ensures they get the required information on time .
Best thing:
1. Having Priya as our guide/point of contact for the Dubai package tour
2. Very well planned day to day activities
3. Good Service apartment/hotel- Golden sands 3. Inside city limits. Access to super stores, Atms, Pharmacy etc very close by
What can be better ?
1. Till last moment nobody from the support contacts you regarding point of contact in Dubai , who will pick and their contact number . Had done many follow ups.
2, Using of Telegram as a messenger . If you dont have Internet access and Telegram installed you will be wondering for sure. Every details will be shared there. Its good if you use Whats App which is used by almost everyone. Also some support model need to be used in case of no internet access outside the hotel.
3. Last day drop to the airport- It was told the pick up will be at 6 PM. Till i followed with the local driver in Dubai i was not aware that the pick up was arranged at around 8PM. The person from Trip Factory was not having any clue other than sharing the contact person details in Dubai and asking me to speak to him . This need to be changed for sure.
Overall a good experience . Other than the improvement areas above we as a family had a great experience. Working on the above areas will make customers feel more happy and comfortable.
