This was my first time experience with Tripfactory and the trip was well plannedand organized for me by Mr. Rajeev. Was very happy to have used their services. The driver Anil who was with us for the entire duration of the trip was an extremely courteous and well mannered person. The staying arrangements at all locations where well planned but the stay at Dalhousie was in Hotel Mongas in the attic rooms which tends to get noisy in the evening as it is right next to the open terrace. The accomodation at Shimla and Manali was very good with no problems. Food at all places were very good, especially at Sunrise Villa, Shimla was homely. Will definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore the Shimla - Manali areas. Rajeev and the Tripfactory team where in constant touch right from the time in made the booking till the time trip was completed. Really proffesional Team.
