We had approached Tripfactory though a reference and the experience from end to end was great.
Priscilla was our travel coordinator, i must appreciate her knowledge , support and patience in explaining the itinerary, briefing us before and after the trip and also her timely followup without and providing us with the right and timely information with out any hesitation.
Our trip was fro a 6 Nights & 7 Day to Thailand (Phuket, Pattaya & Bangkok) in a standard package.
Right from the time of landing in Phuket which was out first destination till the time we got dropped at the airport is was a 100% hassle free experience.
Every pick up and drop place right from Airport the Cab persons we on time and we never had to wait for anyone or call anyone for anything.
The hotel's that they had provided at all locations we very good and had good proximity to the places of sight seeing & shopping .
The only drawback which i already mentioned to TF team was about the hotel in Bangkok that it was not as good as the ones in Phuket & Pattaya.
The hotel room was very spacious but did not have ample lighting and ambiance for that standard of the room / hotel.
Overall the experience of booking through Tripfactory was memorable and i will definitely recommend this to others.
