A Nicely arranged family Trip . But the Communication could have been better . I was in the telegram support group during the travel but never got any response to any queries I posted in the Telegram Support . No one bothered to answer back . Secondly the phone numbers given to us for Bangkok Contact of Ms. Indu was in correct . Spoke to alex and he always said he would get back but he never bothered to call back . At last got the correct number of Indu from Alex and spoke to her .
Secondly though our Trip to Phuket Fantesea was booked in Private Basis ,but We were taken in SIC Basis . So everything was perfectly done and we appreciate the team who organised the trip . Specially Rabilla who co-operated everytime . But please see that the communication in the group should be handled in a better way . Thanks . Nishant
