The airline & hotel booking was done by us through Trip Factory.
We had a good trip & Holiday Inn staff were helpful & courteous.
But since we were 3 couples they should have given us all rooms on the same floor
in advance.Moreover the rooms were not ready & we had to wait even though
we reached the Hotel by 2pm on 23/2
