First of all, Thanks a lot for arranging such a memorable trip. This was the first time we relied upon a holiday package completely and didn't research on the hotel, sight seeing etc. Though we were sceptic about the quality of trip even till the last moment, trip factory didn't disappoint at all and delivered beyond our expectations.
Connecting with the representative was easy and the information provided was accurate. I talked to Zaid & Nahila for arranging the Kashmir trip. Zaid answered to all our query and assisted with the booking process.
When the trip started, we faced some issues with the flight part initially (actually airline issue which got addressed by the airline itself) but then everything was taken care of by the driver "Zahoor" who picked us from the airport and was with us for the entire trip. Zahoor was professional and even helped us dealing with local guys & answered common queries related to Kashmir trip.
Though sight seeing wasn't as per the itinerary exactly and we missed couple of points (ie. Nigeen Lake, Shalimar Bagh, Sonmarg), we got enough free time to relax and enjoy the beauty of paradise without being too tired. Important to mention that we had two 4 years old kids with us and we also considered their comfort.
Hotels suggested by Trip factory were above expectation and stay was comfortable at each hotel. Hotel locations were quite supportive to the planned trip.
Overall, It was an awesome experience with trip factory for all of us. I would definitely proceed with trip factory to book any future packages. Special thanks to Zaid.
In the improvement areas, I would suggest trip factory to correct the listed itinerary so that customers are not confused with the content and end up struggling with the sight seeing part.
