Could have just mentioned beach names for neil island instead of writing "half day city tour". Otherwise everything was good.

This was our fourth trip with Trip Factory and it lived up to our very high expectations. Trip of " Gangtok and Darjeeling" was a wonderfully organized by Sanket Dey with beautiful itinerary. The hotel and cab was beautiful and comfortable.
The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly. All the transfers were perfect.
Thanks TF for providing beautiful trip.
We definitely will plan again some other destinations in future !!!

Itinerary given by Meenakshi was good and met the expectation.

Concerns:
1. when landed in Andaman, there was hotel confusion. Your local agent was not ready to own responsibility and NOT ready to coordinate with you. Inspite of the bad telephone network, I could reach out to your group and the issue got resolved.

2. Every day we use to get different drivers and had to note down their telephone number for coordination.

3. As per the Itinerary, we were supposed to get water sport activities at Havelock - Elephant beach. Your agent did not have any info. We had to follow up a couple of times and finally got at Neil. DID NOT UNDERSTAND COMMUNICATION GAP

4. A major concern is on the last day where your agent did not coordinate well to drop us to airport. Though we were ready by 7.45 am, we got a cab at 8.30 am to catch 9.30 am flight to Bangalore. Flight team members pulled us from a long queue and helped us to get on-boarded soon.

First and for most... Wud like to thank zaid who always assisted me in all my queries and provided d best of best package... Coming to driver first.. Driver was so friendly that i didn't had to tel him anything to take us hea or there... He has took us across each and every place to be visited in manali... Talking about hotel.. First hotel which I was provided was hotel Annapurna... Later zaid got it changed to the manali retreat one of the best hotels in terms of food service... House keeping was available 24/7....over all trip was one of a memorable one... As we witnessed snow beauty of manali... Activities words cudnt describe happiness dt we found there.. Once again thank you zaid and thank you trip factory....

It was overall a Good experience .For the first time we wanted to travel alone at our own pace and leisure without any strict timetables and we surely don't regret it. The hotels booked both at Krabi and phuket were located in the main area so evetithing was near by..the food joints, Markets,malls ,stores.
Both the hotels were good. It felt like a relaxing vacation as we were at our own leisure ,we were given ample time to explore places on our own
The only negative point was our pickup from krabi to Phuket was 2 hours late Soo we reached Phuket city late and missed some of the site seeing points like the Buddha point.
Overall a good experience 😬😬

I never thought of booking my trip with Trip factory but nicer pricing, continues assistance and detailed information given forced me to choose trip factory. Overall it was a nice experience with team trip factory, you guys made my trip memorable. You are great ,you made my day's of Dubai easy. I felt every time you were by my side as a guide.I my self always prefer an Indian company .I recommend every Indian to use such company's to empower our Indian and strengthen them by using such companies. Everything was well arranged. All the drivers were very friendly. Gave sufficient time for sightseeing. The hotel was superb. U made the international Dubai trip less expensive. Because of this less expenses common man could also afford Dubai trip. Credit goes to you guys.
