This was trip of 4 people, I travelled along with my husband and parents. Tripfactory provided memorable and highly supportive Europe tour. Places were well covered and trip was organized and managed well. We got Indian food at almost all the places. We got a good glimpse of Central Europe.
Had a couple of issues, two hotel rooms were basic and not upto 4star standard. Can add eiffel tower shimmer to itinerary, maybe start tour in noon. Also have to mention this time I am deeply disappointed with travel expert, I didn't get enough support from Shalini. I am traveling with tripfactory since 2019, never got this bad travel expert, she seemed disinterested and hardly helped with my queries. I also never got pre travel brief call from her. With regard to visa, didn't get proactive responses from visa team, had to send multiple mails to validate my documents, they were interested only the previous day of the appointment, that's too late for us to get fresh documents in case of errors.
