Thanking to Tripfactory team, I really enjoyed my trip to kashmir with my family, all are very good arrangements, hotels, cabs and all in all places, really enjoy with out worry, time to time we get all , frist afried about Trip Factory but my thinks are fall, and I must refer my friends also.thankings only again Trip Factory team.

Very well Planned , in love with Grayton Hotel ,it's in the centre of city and we'll connected with different mode of transportation. Pulkit from tripfactory is very helpful .Neha who actually was my FPC helps us a lot ,she is vey polite. Telegram support was very active.

We visited shimla and manali. Mr. Vinay Sharma planned a good package for us. We enjoyed a lot, had a great fun and experience for whole round trip. Trip factory managed all very well. Hotels were also awesome. The Manali INN and the new property of Hotel The Grand Welcome & Spa. both are in 4 star category. Hotel staff were also good. Driver who was with us was also sober and guided us well till our trip ends.
Overall experience was excellent. We all enjoyed.

There was little change in booked flight tickets, that was resolved. Just need be to careful while booking tickets. Trip factory team should also needed to to take care regarding this.

Trip factory support, delivery team is also excellent.

It was a memorable trip to Andaman with Trip factory as a right choice. The support staff were never disappointing. Always on time and we're always one call away. Overall experience with TripFactory was good. I booked the package for Phuket-Krabi-PhiPhi. They offered me the best prices among the agents which I was talking to.

Communication was smooth and good. Hotels were good too. They tied to give everything what they committed.

We face only one problem with hotel JP Villa
They did not provide indian and vegitarian food as Thai food was useless for us.
Otherwise all was good and we enjoyed the trip.

Advise for travellers - do a little more research on the hotel before finalising, in some places they do not allow tea and coffee in the room. Just make sure about your specific requirements.

Nice experience

Due to some miscommunication between trip factory and local coordinator Day 3 trip was not started on time. Customer support was very good during the trip. Rest is good

All arrangements are done very nicely, We must say your team has good tie ups. Bali coordinators are really warm peoples. I especially wants to thank Kadak (Our driver & guide for entire trip). He made our trip extra smooth with his guidance.

And last but not least, our villa got change before a day of travelling, But I must say the optionally Villa they provided us (Ashoka Tree Villa, Ubud) is truly fabulous place. We had extremely lavish experience there. Both of the hotel provided during our stay having great ambiance and really polite staff.
Nusa Penida Day trip was worth of going.

Overall it was an awesome experience, right from the enquiry, booking and till completion of the journey, trip factory did a splendid job. Right from the enquiry stage, our travel expert Kamini made sure all our queries are cleared and payment was seamless.

Coming to the trip, the team made sure we picked the right itinerary as per our schedule, the taxi services both private and shared were pretty decent. Hotels both in Krabi and Patong were good ones. And there was a constant flow of information about the itinerary through the telegram app. The response for every query throughout the journey was instant irrespective of the time. Not even once, we felt we were lost. All in all, I would highly recommend the travel by trip factory.
