I want to review Akshatha my travel coordinator from Bangalore and also Abdul the travel coordinator in port Blair.
Akshatha has done Excellent planning and coordinating and given me a very tailor made itenary.She has exceeded my expectation in catering to all my travel requirements! Always ready to answer my queries, available on call and immediate response on watsapp as well...Commendable job.
But I have faced a lot of distress or lack with the port Blair coordinators.
1. Bharatang sightseeing was a nightmare as fast driving can be avoided when a group consists of infant and children.. and senior citizens. The roads were bad and the drive was rash which was nothing better than a roller coaster ride. It looked like the drivers were given a timeline and they were chasing time. They were having a drag or race with other vehicles or known drivers. Pathetic we felt.
2. Local coordinator like Abdul when never answered calls when I was stuck in Havelock symphony hotel reception for 2 hours and also for the change in ferry timings also he has not answered my calls.
3. Check in at Symphony hotel was a nightmare as we had to wait at the reception for 2hrs then after talking to Mr.sameer we were moved to the other resort.
4. Tour spoc Gulzar was not approachable.
5.shompen hotel 3 AC's dint work nor was it rectified, hotel not upto to the mark..
Suggestion:
Kindly have some accumulative points for people who often use trip factory.
