Our Trip To Bali was wonderful. To start with Ms. Shruti did a good job in customizing our trip and passing on all the necessary information related to the trip. The Itinerary designed by Trip factory was perfect and all family members from Children to Senior Citizen enjoyed. The service provider ICS did a good job. The driver cum guide Mr. Wayan was caring and well behaved. The Vehicle "Toyota Hiace" provided to us during the trip was very comfortable.
Hotel Neo+ Kuta-Legian is a good hotel and at a good location.
Trip Factory should consider including Uluvaattu Temple and KECAK & Fire Dance in the normal itinerary.
Also in Water Sports negotiated rates should be available to the customers for additional games.
Overall a very good and memorable trip.
