I have been to Bali on a recent solo trip, arranged by trip factory.
Everything went perfect; including all the pickup and drop-offs. The vehicle and driver arranged were quite good even for a single person. ICS group is quite professional, who are from Bali; with which tripfactory has the tie-up.
Feedbacks were collected at the last day of the trip.
It was 3 nights and 4 days trip, the 3 star hotel in the package was pretty decent with good breakfast and big room.
The team supported throughout the trip to ensure am safe and sound.
Luckily no flight delays or cancellation happened, so all the activities were done as per the agenda.
Only thing I felt, agents or drivers are not so fluent in English and they could not recommend a better place for money exchange with better rates; for which I struggled a bit.
