I recently booked a kashmir 6D 5N trip with Trip factory. The entire trip was executed in an excellent manner. Initially i was a bit skeptic about taking the trip, but after talking to Mr. Dipan, my trip coordinator, I was a assured and went ahead with the same. Entire trip including hotel stays, pick ups, transports , itinerary ,etc was planned as per my wish and everything was executed with great ease. Trip factory makes a grievance/ 24*7 helpline group as well before commencement of the trip and their reply on the same is very prompt. Overall I was found it to be a very satisfactory experience. Would recommend it to all my colleagues and friends.
