Would like to Thank the trip Factory Team for a great trip to Kashmir.
Initially would like to Thank Vijay And Mohammed who assisted me in selecting the entire Itinerary. They were very courteous and were giving very Helpful advise, Thank You
Then in Kashmir we were really to have a great Guide Mr Riyaz. He was the guide come driver ( but would like to call him a guide). He was very courteous , smiling and kind. A very fun loving and great entertainer.
He use to guide us on where to go, where to purchase, what is kashmir famous for? it nice to have someone who helps and makes your stay comfort and happy
infact we didnt like the property at Srinagar - Shefaf. Though the staff is very good. But property not maintained and away from City.. And Riyaz was kind enough to speak to the hotal to give us the best room
He had a connect and a great relationship with all Hotels. And ensured we were treated well.
Though the month of Ramadan was going on he never complaint not crib. Was always happy to show us the places.
We were very happy when Trip factory upgraded us to the 5 star Boathouse. it was beautiful.
The day we were leaving as Riyaz was having another guest we were given another driver Mr Imitiyaz. Who too was a great Driver and a great entertainer.
Was really happy with everyone services and well behaved attitude.
