Trip factory provide very good service once at your destination however the hotel in Bangkok buffet breakfast was not good as they provide same menu everyday…also the customer service on call in India is not up to the mark….need to improve on call service ….other services are good

Manali and Shimla trip was really amazing. Our driver Mr. Manoj Kumar is really skilled and polite and guided us throughout the journey.

We travelled to Andaman for 7 days and totally it was very good experiance. Our destination expert Maheshwari helped us a lot in place selection, she advised all safety things. Also covered lal the places whithout wasting any time.

It was NICE : We booked 6 Nights 7 Days Trip to Thailand : Timely managed, Good Communication, provided good option for STAY, Would have given 5 - only reason 1 less star because the HOTEL we were provided was @ Outskirts of BKK - almost 1hr travel to proper city - So every time if need to go in CITY it cost us 2hrs of travel - including cost of 700 baht every time we book taxi and Hotel coupons and all was provided at end moment on day of travel after many follow ups - Rest all good... would highly recommend.....

The trip was awesome. Well well planned by Prajwal of Tripfactory and well executed by the ground team. Prajwal was very patient to listen to all my requirements and he accommodated all of them in the package. The price of the package was very competitive. The driver Puttu who took us around was also very efficient and helpful. Overall it was a great trip well planned and executed. Thanks to the Tripfactory team. I would definitely recommend this trip to everyone. The entire crew made sure our trip was comfortable. They made sure to communicate all timings and reminders at the correct time. Answered all questions 24x7. Most important of all they were available round the clock, so there was ideally nothing to worry as we knew we were in safe hands.

Good arrangements, pleasant trip

Assistance - We have gone on several tours with Trip Factory. But this was the first time we found the assistance was not as good as in the past. We had to raise issues (Mr. Sanjay) to get good assistance. But the one who was finally assigned to us (Ms. Rashmi) was good and helpful.

Transfers - We got a very good vehicle and a very good driver Mr. Mukesh. He was respectful and very helpful and helped us have a wonderful trip.

Hotels - The hotels at Kashi was decent and the one at Prayagraj was excellent. But the one at Ayodhya was very bad. The hotel was still under construction and there was a lot of dust in the rooms. Breakfast was also not provided even though it was included in the vouchers.

Suggestion - Guides assign people who take us around in temples and they ask for an unreasonable amount of money. We were asked for Rs. 11000 per couple in the group! Please ask the guides to warn the travellers about this and advice them and not fall for it.

It was a great and very planned trip. Shashank has helped me lot to find good places to stay and make plans or arrangements accordingly. People I met in Bali are very nice.. I really had a great experience.. I interacted with two driver Driver and they both were nice and I mostly interacted with Ardiana in Bali, he a good person and humble too. He never hesitated to stretch for an hour so to let us visit all the places I planned for the day. It’s a 5* from me.

The tripfactory had quite meticulously and with care planned our trip. The end result was that this trip became a wonderful and memorable trip with all sweet memories without any travel hassles.

Excellent service right from the pickup from the Airport to dropping at the airport. The hotel Driftwood was very good with polite and helpful staff. Travel service people were punctual, polite and helpful. We all enjoyed the tour.

The hotels and ground tour manager (Mr. Raj) was good. Choice of food offered(lunch& dinner) was very average and could better than regular Indian food.
Daily travelling was extensive and exhausting considering the total No of days and countries to cover and can be planned better. There were few activities which we paid out of pockets should be included in the tour cost.
However overall experience was good with Trip Factory and may consider for future travel. Thanks Pinaki

I booked Thailand tour with TripFactory for 8N-9D. It was really nice experience since starting. My trip coordinator Ms. Priyanka gave proper response to all my queries and had customised tour in very well manner.
Every thing promised in the itinerary was provided during the tour.
The ground support team during the tour was responsive and gave support on Telegram group created for my tour.
Very good clarity on what is included and what is not is given in itinerary.
Various payment options are available on their online portal.

I travelled before with TripFactory in 2019, I travelled now in 2023. As usual my plans are adhoc. I wanted to travel in the month of April or May, but due to superb heat wanted to reschedule my holiday in July, Thanks to Kajal Jain for patiently listening to my adhoc plans and suggest good package with great discounts.
Once you land to your destiny with the itinerary, you are already invited to a telegram chat group with 247 support which you may have queries regarding your cab schedule or driver number or cab number so and so. No delay in responses on telegram as well, all agents are well communicated and stay alert to respond to your queries. Thanks one more time to all the TripFactory team.

It was real a good trip and worth for money paid.

We enjoyed lot.

Comfortable every day travel and site seen schedule.

Indian Food was also good with taste of local pasta and Pizzas.

Only Hotel in Austria was a issue, that hotel was not a even B&B type hotel.

The arrangement was lovely.
The Private Transfers were smooth and no delays in schedules.
The Hotel Location was at Prime Junctions and the Itinerary was nicely setup to provide adventure, entertainment and adequate rest at the same time.
The co-ordination was prompt with prior intimation about the next day schedule.

Few things here and there did happen, fortunately they were teething issues (Nothing major)

Overall my Europe trip was good. The support from Ashwini was SIMPLY SUPERB. Some minor improvements will help attract more customers though -
1. Cut down the travel distance between hotel and restaurant/s. Too much time was wasted in this to/fro travel.
2. Reduce the internal transfer times - opt for a speed train whereever available. Eg- London to Paris travel took whole day by bus.
3. Any deviations from the confirmed itinerary should be discussed with the customers and should not be the discretion of only the TOUR MANAGER !!
4. Indian food is not just Punjabi food..Have variation to include both North and South Indian food.
5. Final Itinerary, flight tickets, etc should be issued atleast 4-5 days in advance rather than running around on the day of travel..
6. Few of the places can be avoided - like Liechienstein city tour by toy train, Amsterdam river cruise time can be reduced..
