First & foremost, I would like to THANK Mr.Zaid for displaying extraordinary customer-centric skills. The tour was well organized and covered a lot of ground. Our tour guide in Jaipur and driver was very knowledgeable and made the whole trip very enjoyable without compromising on safety.
We were supposed to visit Kashmir however due to bad weather and heavy snow fall, the flight from Jammu to Srinagar got cancelled and we were really worried about the safety and had no clue whatsoever but that is where our travel expert Mr.Zaid pitched in and made sure we are comfortable. He not only arranged a return flight but also made sure we didn't go back home feeling helpless & frustrated. He went ahead and arranged an alternate "Golden Triangle Tour" comprising Delhi/Agra/Jaipur. All this was managed & arranged in a span of 2 hours, one could imagine the pace at which he must have operated to make this possible that too when the Republic day was just a day apart. The hotels were awesome and so was the ambience, hospitality, care and food.
I MUST say that,this was the best experience I had in last few years. Would like to congratulate Mr. Zaid and Mr. Manish without whom this would have never been possible. I strongly recommend Trip Factory to all the travel lovers !!!
