Overall nice experience

We ackowledge your mail and would like to inform you that we have enjoyed the trip of Himachal for which you have arranged the iternary and tarsnport facilities.

We travelled in the mid of November 2015 through Pretty Planet travels. They have planned the trip in comfortable manner and within our budget.

We have travelled from Mumbai to Delhi and return. From Delhi-Shimla-Kullu-Manali-Dharmashala-Dalhousie-Khajjiar and return to Delhi was by Tata Indigo car arranged by Pretty Planet Travel.

Journey was nice from totally hilly area and long ghat areas which we never seen before and deep valleys beside the road. Driver Ashwini Kumar Rana was a very safe driver and having good knowledge of Himachal pradesh tourist places,roads and local languages which helps in smooth journey.

We was disappointed only at Rohtang Pass due to Taxi union strike in Manali. My kids wanted to see the snow which was not feasible due to this stike. Road towards Rohatang was closed.

At Dharmashala Mr. Rajeev and Riny Aggarwal met us personally in hotel and discussed about our journey and other facilities. We found them as good human being and caring nature.

Stay and food was also good, specially at Hotel Topaz in Dalhousie , Hotel Pine Valley in Dahrmashala, Hotel Sitara International at Manali and Sunrise villa at Shimla.

For nature lovers himachal is the best place. Satlaj,Ravi,Vyas (Beas) and many more rivers and Ranges of Great Himalaya. Temples and villages, in Manali at some places Apple trees and people here are awesome. NO TO PLASTIC BAGS is very nice step taken by HP govt. so clealiness is there. Plenty of veg. restaurants and variety of dishes are available at all places.

Surrouding of Hadimba Temple, Vanvihar in Manali and solang valley with Ice Shivling was memorable.

During Manali to Dharmashala journey we have seen Many Tea Gardens in Kangra dist.

In Dharmashala I liked the peaceful area of McLdoganj church.

In Dalhousie, journey towards Khajjiar is very nice near public schools and cantoment area and Khajjiar itself is a heaven. I wanted to spend a day in Khajjiar , but due to time constraint I could not do that.

From Dalhousie to Delhi one shot journey was coumbresome (around 12-14 hrs) but due to NH-1 journey was comfortable.

Thanks to PPT for making our dream true to visit the Himachal Pradesh.

It will be my pleasure to plan the tours in future through PPT as they develop the trust in their customers.

Truely njoyed

Flight crew was very helpful and also the resort (Terra Paraiso) which we booked is the best place to stay. Food was awesomely delicious and staff in the resort was courteous and polite

I booked 9 days Kerala Trip by Trip Factory with my Family at our Diwali Holidays. Trip Factory and Specially Vaisakh V Lal (Destination Tour) planned our Trip very well. All Hotel's rooms,location & foods are so good.Our diver Shanavas was't driver but our special friend.He saw us maximum sightseens in minimum time and guided us all trip and all places. He is also all knowledge of about Kerala and very human and kind person. His Innova car condition also excellent.
I will suggest my friends to book Kerala Trip by Trip Factory in future because Trip Factory gave me very reasonable trip cost,excellent facilities and services too.

This was my first trip which was from tripfactory. The trip was awesome. We had a great time there. Property Planet Hollywood was more than what we had expected. Yes the property should have had some more activities to do.

Kerala was wonderful. All the locations were incredible though a little out of the way.

Overall it was a nice organised trip.Resorts and hotels were upto the mark.Our driver Mr.Shahji was very co-operative and friendly.He was like a guide for us.

The Andamans was a great experience because of your good co-ordination. The accommodation, the travel arrangements, the luggage transit and day-to-day itinerary was perfect. We also got help for the shopping. The hotels and resorts provided in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil were clean and luxurious.

We had a pleasurable kerala trip from trip factory. The food and hotel accommodation was good. The condition of the vehicle arranged was in a good condition and the support and coordination from travel agent was good. The places like Munnar, Thekkedy, and allepy in Kerala are good places for couples. House boat in Allepy is a must if any one Staying in Allepy..

Overall trip was good. Accommodation was very good. Provide more information for site seeing. We didn't have sufficient time at Ferrari world. Offer better option for dhow cruise.

Overall experience was good and its was a pleasant journey to Singapore through Trip factory!!!

It was a nice and friendly service by Indraneel. I was upgraded two a five star property without any extra charges. I did not face any problem during my stay at Dubai and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend my friends to use this service. Thank you.

The visit was well planned and the hotels selected were good except for the hotel in kochi. Diwan's court was far from kochi whereas I had requested a hotel in kochi and also the standard of the hotel was not satisfactory.

we travelled 10 days to Himachal Pradesh with pretty planet tours . The whole trip was wonderfully organised by mr Rajeev. we were happy with the arrangement and accommodation. We wanted to upgrade our room in Dalhousie , Mr Rajeev did that on complementary basis.

i was a nice hotel, good location, good food, good service, but i was not satisfied with transfer, they forget me to receive me from the airport. i paid extra for transfers. now they are going to refund it to me. but it was very hectic on the airport when the place is new and you are with a family. but anyways thanks for the package it was fun

The Trip was extremely good and Sajid was very helpful and his guidance was good. we were enjoyed in Andaman, Havelock island and neil island is awesome place to stay.Thanks for spending your valuable time with us.

It was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed a lot and is memorable forever. The service in the hotels were good. We had a very good driver who could guide us in sightseeing and was friendly too. Overall this tour was awesome for us. I rate 5 out of 5. I would recommend trip factory to my relatives and friends too.
