Well planned trip.

Its started with planning of my trip to kerala and search ended up at Tripfactory... With most good comminicating and in depth knowledge acquiring Clinton... Who helped me to plant the trip according to my needs with lots of iternations...

But finally ended with a good andcin depth trip of Kerala Trip planned through Trip factory and Very Special Thanks to My Trip Advisor -- Clinton..

Overall experience of the trip was excellent with all things been arranged in well order including Cab, sightseeing, meals and Specially Hotels....

Easy check in and check outs... Smooth processing... upto mark room amenities and facilities...
Best pick of hotel was @ Munnar I.e. Devonshire Greens followed by Sea Lagoon @ Cherai Beach... And others..

Special thanks to the Cab Driver Renjith... Good cab and in detailed knowledge of entire places, route and sightseeing special points.... Very polite and friendly in nature...

Overall it was a good experience at a place for first time visitors with such incredible beauty of India.. I.e. Kerala... Folding Nature beauty at its best... Comprising of Beaches, hill stations... Jungles.... Back waters...postutizing highway ever experienced on rhe way to thekkady....

Everything from booking to tour goes excellent. Rahesh shah in team was available all the time for even small help or query. I never experienced such great help. I would say now they are my brand travel company

My experience with Zaid has been very good. He came up with a solution to every query of mine. Very helpful and supportive. He even communicated on a Sunday, which is commendable. When I called him on his week off, he was very kind enough to attend to me and also directed me to the concerned in his absence.

First of all thank you Kirthy Raj for your time to time help on the trip package and assistant and cost. The trip was good and the review for the hotel is posted on trip advisor site.

The overall experience is very good, Andaman is very beautiful place , crystal clear water , lot of activities . We enjoyed the tour very much and have already recommended our friends to visit Andaman . The tour coordinator Majid is very efficient and planned the tour very well . He was always available on phone and guided us whenever we required help . Both the cab drivers Sanjay & Ibrahim are also well behaved and very punctual .
Aamir & Rais of Havelok is also good.
The hotel J of Port Blair is good .
But the Hotel Holiday Inn at Havelok is not good at all . They should improve the cleanliness of toilets and the food quality . The Gala Dinner on 31st December Night ( they charged Rs 1000/- per head) was not good at all . They provided very few items in snacks ( one veg & one non veg) & main course ( 2 veg & 1 non veg) items only . They provide only Kheer as sweet item . All the guests were very dis satisfied with the dinner .
Trip factory should inform the Hotel regarding this .

We were quite delighted with the overall experience we had with Tripfactory right from selection to finalizing our holiday. The ground transport provided to us was immaculate, the driver was very warm and shared a lot of useful information. The hotel booking was swift and so were the hotel staff very hospitable and courteous. Although, we had minor glitch with the hotel date bookings which was taken care on priroity by Tripfactory and we were offered a free upgrade. We overall had a delightful new year vacation and would definitely consider Trip factory for our future holidays.

The overall experience with Trip Factory was good. We got a really good package through Trip Factory. Although I had to follow up with the ops team a couple of times to get the details in the itinerary right, the team in Andaman more than made up for it

This testimonial is to express my feelings from my end about the travel agent 'Pretty Planet' ,Dharamshala . I had planned trip of 3 families ( 9 persons) for 8 days in which I wanted to cover areas near by Amritsar Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Chamba, Dharmashala, Manikaran and Manali between 3rd-4th week of December 2015. The role of Travel Agent was crucial one since the travelling was almost on every day in hilly areas having narrow very roads.

Based on reviews, I called Mr Rajeev Kumar of Pretty Planet travels for tempo traveller. He helped me a lot to plan the trip and made the trip memorable. I would suggest to go for this travel agent for the following facts-

a) Driver-cum-guide, Mr. Sanjay kumar was expert in driving, well dressed, punctual and very decent.
b) Vehicle was in excellent condition and didn't faced any problem.
c) Driver was carrying entire set of documents which saved lot of time at check posts.
c) Every day Mr Rajeev Kumar confirmed that we reached the destination safely and not facing any problem.
d) There were no hidden charges.
e) He kept all his promises

it was well managed . Candle light dinner was very memorable moment. tour operator were very soft spoken and co-operative . overall superb trip.

It was a very nicely planned trip by the company. It was my family 1st abroad trip. They enjoyed a lot. Everything was on schedule.

As per the original package discussions held with Clinton, we were supposed to be dropped back in Cochin to proceed for our next trip. But to our surprise there was no return vehicle arrangement back to Cochin from Alleppy. I appreciate that you have arranged vehicle promptly but it has increased my actual expenses with limited choice since vehicle was from Alleppy not Cochin. Trip Factory should guide tourists clearly in such hidden expenses well in advance so that there will be no last minute surprises. Do n't u think that a person coming from Cochin for a boat trip will not go back to Cochin? This is what I asked at the time of booking & confirmed that we will be dropped back. That has not happened. Otherwise I am very much OK with your service.

We ackowledge your mail and would like to inform you that we have enjoyed the trip of Himachal for which you have arranged the iternary and tarsnport facilities.

We travelled in the mid of November 2015 through Pretty Planet travels. They have planned the trip in comfortable manner and within our budget.

We have travelled from Mumbai to Delhi and return. From Delhi-Shimla-Kullu-Manali-Dharmashala-Dalhousie-Khajjiar and return to Delhi was by Tata Indigo car arranged by Pretty Planet Travel.

Journey was nice from totally hilly area and long ghat areas which we never seen before and deep valleys beside the road. Driver Ashwini Kumar Rana was a very safe driver and having good knowledge of Himachal pradesh tourist places,roads and local languages which helps in smooth journey.

We was disappointed only at Rohtang Pass due to Taxi union strike in Manali. My kids wanted to see the snow which was not feasible due to this stike. Road towards Rohatang was closed.

At Dharmashala Mr. Rajeev and Riny Aggarwal met us personally in hotel and discussed about our journey and other facilities. We found them as good human being and caring nature.

Stay and food was also good, specially at Hotel Topaz in Dalhousie , Hotel Pine Valley in Dahrmashala, Hotel Sitara International at Manali and Sunrise villa at Shimla.

For nature lovers himachal is the best place. Satlaj,Ravi,Vyas (Beas) and many more rivers and Ranges of Great Himalaya. Temples and villages, in Manali at some places Apple trees and people here are awesome. NO TO PLASTIC BAGS is very nice step taken by HP govt. so clealiness is there. Plenty of veg. restaurants and variety of dishes are available at all places.

Surrouding of Hadimba Temple, Vanvihar in Manali and solang valley with Ice Shivling was memorable.

During Manali to Dharmashala journey we have seen Many Tea Gardens in Kangra dist.

In Dharmashala I liked the peaceful area of McLdoganj church.

In Dalhousie, journey towards Khajjiar is very nice near public schools and cantoment area and Khajjiar itself is a heaven. I wanted to spend a day in Khajjiar , but due to time constraint I could not do that.

From Dalhousie to Delhi one shot journey was coumbresome (around 12-14 hrs) but due to NH-1 journey was comfortable.

Thanks to PPT for making our dream true to visit the Himachal Pradesh.

Flight crew was very helpful and also the resort (Terra Paraiso) which we booked is the best place to stay. Food was awesomely delicious and staff in the resort was courteous and polite
