Hello, we have reached back to Mumbai safely. The Singapore trip was awesome. TripFactory’s arrangements, plannings and coordination was great. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience. I’ll surely recommend TripFactory to my family n friends. Kudos to Mona for being immensely helpful.
Few points as feedback from my side:
SIC driver Nathan was helpful and cooperative however he refused to take a halt at Fountain of wealth due to parking rules. TripFactory team can check if a 5-10 minute halt is possible there as that’s a photogenic attraction place
Gardens by the bay night show called Garden Rhapsody is a free show throughout the year. However they made it a ticketed attraction ($10) only for the month of December due to Christmas holidays. TripFactory team should inform customers about this in advance.
Please do inform customers about Singapore weather in advance so that they can be ready with proper travel gear
