Zoodochos Pigi Cave
About
Located half way up the hill at the southern end of Kamari, up a narrow sheer zig zag path from the town is a small chapel and adjacent cave. Smashing views of the town during the climb up. Cave includes a fresh water spring and limestone deposits forming stalagmites and small clear water pools. You can climb further up along the path to visit the necropolis of ancient Thira. Good walking shoes recommended and a head for heights ! Bring water.
