Chef Konishi admired the refinement of French cuisine and has worked in France for seven years at Michelin stars winning restaurants such as Paris Taillevent, Paris Michel Rostang and L'Hotel de Carantec. By working in two-Michelin-starred L'ATELIER de Joel Robuchon in Tokyo he perfected the techniques and taste experiences that make him a master of French-Japanese contemporary cuisine.
