This simple place serves fabulous French and Thai cuisine. The chef-owner has concentrated his efforts on offering masterfully blended fare. Try the Black Plate Sampler as an appetizer, complete with crab rolls, large prawns, sweet radish rolls and lobster chunks. If you still have room, feast on rack of lamb or spice-crusted halibut.
