This west loop eatery is run by Anna, born in Thailand, and her mother Noy, formerly the chef of Thalia Spice. The decor is chic in black and white, but the food is not nearly so clear cut. Noy traveled her way across the Asian continent, doing contracting work and collecting recipes from the families she met along the way. The menu includes curries and noodle dishes from Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Phillipines, signature and standard sushi creations, and egg-covered BiBimBop from Korea. Anna's is BYOB, so grab your favorite bottle to have with your Pho with eye of round steak.
