This is owned by the same people who own Fukier restaurant. It has been decorated with the same attention to detail and aims to reach total perfection. Tsarina is advertised as the only pre-revolutionary, aristocratic, hand painted Russian fairy tale. And that's what it basically is. You will be charmed, and the bill will never allow you to forget about this place. First of all you will feel quite well taken care of (the service is really great) and then you will feel like you are spending your time in a place that is somewhere in between an orthodox church, a restaurant and a manor. Dark wood, subdued music and discreet lighting create a comfortable atmosphere to focus on the marvelous food. Sample from appetizers like crepes with caviar as valuable as gold, salads, from simple to elaborate and soups, including a fabulous meat- and vegetable-laden borshch (20-50zl.). Entrees feature delicacies as venison, stuffed head of cabbage and whole grilled sturgeon
