Italian Chef Rosario Costa founded his Trattoria in Istanbul in 2001. Going in, everything feels extremely Italian -not just the menu, but the decorations and the staff, how they dress are all so much alike with a typical trattoria in Italy. The pizzas are ravishing and so are Italian desserts and wines. Everything, all the ingredients, arrive from Italy and are consumed in fresh production. A little off your main tourist road, but worth a try.
