This is one of the two main restaurants in the Çiragan Hotel (the other is Tugra), and it's definitely the better choice. Aside from the setting on a magnificent summer terrace overlooking the Ottoman Palace and the Bosphorus, the food here is divine. The menu offers a choice of delectable Italian and sumptuous international dishes. One of the best of these is the mushroom risotto in blueberry sauce-truly original and delicious. Also highly recommended is the rack of lamb with a mille feuille of potato and red bell pepper coulis. Last but not the least, the entire dessert tray is to die for. This is one place your credit card could easily get a workout without trying too hard!
