Tidbit Treasure offers Chinese cuisine with a few twists. The acclaimed dim sum selection is available at lunch and dinner. From the long main menu, try sauteed sea bass slices with dried shrimp and chilli sauce; stir-fried chicken Sichuan style is also worth tasting. Fried prawns with salted egg yolk, which tastes rather better than it sounds, comes as a generous portion, and goes nicely with rice. Stir-fried broccoli with crab meat is simple, but hearty. Desserts include fried sesame dumplings, Chinese pancake with dates, and chilled sago with cantaloupe.
