The Tibetan Handicraft Center Begun with contribution from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1963, we trained many Tibetans in the weaving and have provided employment to thousands. The Tibetan Handicraft Center also provide accommodation, assist in children's education, have pension plan for the retired workers, coordinate Medicare and taking care of the workers and their families funeral expenses, while also making contribution to the Tibetan Government in exile.
