Versatility is what Wallaroo artist, Roy Purcell, is known for and his choices vary from abstract to portrait and anything that catches his eye as a workable subject. Roys gallery, The Art Spot, has over one hundred works on display and other paintings can be seen on display at another gallery in Wallaroo Phil Roes Gallery and Electrical Museum in Wildman Street, and at the Burra Art Gallery (Main Street, Burra). Roys gallery is open any day including public holidays. A telephone call may be needed for days other than Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Bus trips are welcome and tea and coffee can be provided by prior arrangement.
